My family of 10 just spent 7 wonderful days in the Penguin house. Thank you, Victor, for providing a beautiful, clean house with all of the conveniences of home. The house is comfortable and a very smart choice for the money. Down the street you will find a 7-11/gas station, CVS drug store and Publix grocery store.

We had a wonderful time in Disney and Universal, as well as Wonderworks and Ripleys. We are planning to return in 2013 when some of the new Disney attractions are completed and we will definitely book one of Victor's houses again!

My family has been to Walt Disney World every year since 1997. We started our vacations using local hotels, in 2000 we decided to spend a little more and stay on property. We have stayed at every value and moderate resort. We have stayed at the camp grounds as well as Disney wilderness lodge. Our choice this fall was to look for something that would accommodate my family of five, grandma and grandpa, and my sister’s family of four for their first Disney trip. We stumbled on Victors Villas. To our amazement the Penguin Retreat slept twelve. The house had five private bedrooms, a full kitchen, private pool, three bathrooms, and the garage was turned into a game room for the kids to enjoy. We were thoroughly impressed with the location of the home to both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. The convenience of the resort buses have always been a deciding factor for our family. For those who have stayed on property as many times as we have you know that the transportation from arrival at the bus depot at the resort to the arrival at the bus depot at the park is anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. Our average transportation time was 30 minutes from the time we decided to leave the house/resort to arriving at the resort/house. Taking our own transportation was quiet, comfortable, and based around our time table. Over the years I have gained so much information on how to make a family vacation more about family and less about distractions. My experience with Victors Villas allowed us to be a family when we get “home” from the parks. We enjoy each other prior to and at each day’s conclusion as if we were at our house going out for the day. Our family wants to thank Mr. Victor Nawrocki for his hospitality and his understanding of what family time is all about.

I found out my father had terminal brain cancer at the end of September. My fathers last wish was to go on one last family vacation with all of his grandkids to Disney. I contacted Victor wondering if there was a vacation home that would be able to accommodate 12 people. The next day I had a response. It was available in October. I thought it would be kind of cramped with my husband, 3 kids, brother and his wife with their 3 kids and my mom and dad. (dad is in a wheel chair). Not only did both of our vans fit in the two car driveway but we were able to get dad in and out of his wheel chair with no problem. When I pushed my dad through the front door we were amazed at what we found. Five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen , dining room and living room was so spacious and not cramped at all. When we went out back not only did we find the patio area had a grill but, it had a safety fence around the pool and the entire back yard was screened in. (no bugs). Two of the rooms were themed. The penguin room (my daughter and nieces’ favorite) had 2 twin beds, and a tv . The boys stayed in the enchanted forest room. The bed was a twin with a trundle bed underneath and it also had its own tv. The bathroom was right next to kids rooms and the closet was filled with towels. Two out of three of the master bedrooms not only had beautiful furniture but they also had their own bathrooms.(did I mention they all had their own Tvs’ as well?) The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. (just ad food and laughter). The dining are was very tastefully decorated. . It was nice to be able to post my pictures right away since the house offered free wifi. The garage was converted into a play room for the kids which had a foose ball table and a Ping-Pong table for them to play with. It even had a fully stocked washer and dryer area. We visited all the Disney parks and Universal studios. It was nice that we were in the middle. It took about 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to universal studios. I have never stayed in a more beautiful and tranquil place. Thank you for making my father so happy just weeks before he passed away. I am glad he was able to experience such a wonderful place at least once in his short life.

A home away from home….

My family and I stayed at this villa mid-August. We have a big family with lots of kids, and they loved that the house was full of little surprises everywhere. Games in the entertainment center, a big stuffed bear in the snow white themed room, many stuffed penguins in the arctic room, penguin cut outs to take pictures with, and pool toys made the kids, as well as the adults, feel as if this was a home away from home. We especially appreciated the air conditioning. The weather in Florida that time of the year is especially brutal, so after a day of walking around in the heat and rain, we were able to come home to comfortable surroundings. It was great that all of the rooms had a TV, which was able to accommodate everyone’s interest without people having to fight over a remote, the place is complete of everything you need . This place was also in a nice neighborhood that was close enough to gas stations and grocery stores, pleasant enough for a morning jog, and quiet enough so that we enjoyed ourselves with just enough privacy. I definitely recommend renting a villa over a hotel. It’s undoubtedly worth it. Thank you Victor for your very comfortable place. It is truly a home away from home.

My family and I stayed in this house at the end of March. Wow, it was a place. My sister and her family got there early, and they were allowed to enter.
By the time my father and I got there, my sister's triplets had already chosen their rooms. The girls had the Penguin room and the boy had the 7 Dwarves Forest room. The other bedrooms were also great , with very comfortable beds.
The house was well equipped and the kitchen was well used by our group.My cousin and her twin teenagers arrived a few hours later and loved the house. The teenagers especially appreciated the Wi-Fi.
The triplets would have been happy to never leave the house, just stay in the pool all day. When we did leave we were very close to Disney and the Dinner shows. The house seemed like it was away from everything, but was close to everything.
We would recommend this house to everyone.
