Our spacious 1200 sq. foot (110 sq. metres) and private two-bedroom condo is enviably located in the heart of Canmore, easy walking distance to groceries, shops, restaurants, and pubs. The condo is air conditioned and has top-notch finishing: hardwood floors, high quality area rugs, granite countertops, and slate & marble tiling. The very roomy condo is south facing, which translates into greater views and sunshine. Despite its central location, the unit backs onto a mountain creek, providing a very private, tranquil, yet convenient retreat—the perfect base for your Rocky Mountain adventure!
The apartment is heated and cooled utilising environmentally friendly state-of-the-art geothermal technology. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a king-size solid-wood panel bed and matching furniture in the master bedroom, a solid-wood queen bed in the second bedroom. A queen-sized leather sofa bed in the living room area brings the maximum occupancy to six. Quality linens and down duvets are provided.
The en suite bathroom to the master bedroom is 5 piece (2 basins, toilet, shower, and decadent soaker tub), while the main bathroom contains 3 pieces (basin, toilet, and shower). Towels are also provided. The condo has in-floor radiant heat, which makes for a very comfortable environment.
For your convenience, there is secure underground parking with a locked storage area for all your essential toys (e.g. golf clubs, skis, bicycles). Entry into the building is also secured with key cards.
When you’re ready to relax after a day of exploring, our comfortable apartment comes equipped with a gas fireplace, 42' HDTV (more than 70 channels, including more than 25 HD channels) and Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room. Or enjoy your music on our CD stereo player with iPod dock.
Relax over a meal around our solid hardwood dining set. We provide matching dinnerware & cutlery. Our kitchen is fully equipped (stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), so cooking up a storm should be no problem. An in-suite high-efficiency washer and dryer makes doing laundry easy and convenient.
Soak in the incredible view on our large deck, complete with BBQ and bistro seating for four, and enjoy those serene moments over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The south-facing balcony and windows overlook a mountain creek and allow for sun-filled views of the spectacular Three Sisters, breathtaking Lawrence Grassi, and majestic Rundle Ranges.
