we have stayed 6 nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary on the coast. the bedroom and bath on the main living floor made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is the best appointed we have found in a rent-home. main living area is on second floor, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on first, IF you had kids there is plenty of room downstairs and lots of space in the main living area for a large group. We have fount this to be the best accommodations for the dollars we have had in the past 6 years of renting homes on the coast...
yes, listing description seemed accurate

the place was clean, and has been well maintained,
the owner answered any questions we had,
and suggested things in the area to see
yes, i would recommend this place to friends,
it is well located for just about any Oregon Coast adventure you would like to have
we always eat at the Drift Inn, great Veg cooking as well as good fare
we always go to Florence and eat at the Waterfront Depot,
and we always visit the Carver and the Glass blower in Seal Rock...
the rest is on the "101 by the milepost" web site
Thanks...

"Staying at the Jama House was like being home. We all had plenty of space to enjoy "alone time". It was close enough to hear the ocean yet far enough off Hwy 101 tonot hear traffic. We will be back.
