This property was great. The house was large, very clean, and Judy and David thought of everything that someone might need when renting a home. The pool area and fire pit was a big hit with our children and grandkids and again Judy and David had everything you would need for the pool (Toys floater etc). The only draw back was when we arrived there wasn't a cold beer but David did say next time he will have a cold one for us.
David and Judy thanks for making this trip very special. Our children and grandchildren will talk about this for years.

My family (10 of us) rented this home for a family reunion over new year's; we anticipated (by pictures and description) that this home would be amazing, but it definitely exceeded our expectations. As soon as you stepped in, you felt instantly relaxed, the home flow was perfect for large groups of people, the many rooms allowed for small group conversation as well as the kitchen/island allowed for many chefs to cook with ease. Our group consisted of individuals from 3 generations, the house had games, movies, books and entertainment for all. Shopping and hiking nearby; we loved eating in so much (back deck with grill had ample seating, very relaxed) that we never wanted to eat out..but there were many nearby options to do so. David and Judy were very helpful, excellent in communication. We all agreed that we would stay here again without a second thought!

A Christmas To Remember!

Members of our family flew into Phoenix and all met at this house to celebrate Christmas together. Even though we saw pictures of the house prior to our arrival, we were still in awe when we arrived. David and Judy not only have an amazing house but they prepared it for our holiday arrival with such special touches. They hung stockings for each of the kids in our family and personalized them. They decorated the house with Christmas lights, greens on the front entrance, holiday centerpieces, an impressive Nutcracker collection and so much more. David and Judy made this gorgeous house feel like Christmas!
Not only is the house spectacular but David and Judy have so many extra's in the house ensuring that there was something for everyone in the family. This included a pack-and-play, high chair, swimming toys, games, movies, a Wii, new kids coloring books, blocks, a grand piano, outdoor fire pit and so much more. They even added a new shuffleboard table prior to our arrival!
We spent a great amount of time enjoying the pool and outside area. We loved having the Sirius holiday radio station playing throughout the outside speakers so we could hear the Christmas music while swimming in the pool, sitting on the patio and grilling Christmas dinner.
The best part of the house was that it was a perfect fit for such a range of guests (from our 1 year old to grandma & grandpa who came along). It was picturesque for the adults and yet practical for the kids. Thank you David and Judy for your amazing hospitality, detailed green book of recommendations and Arizona travel information (The Spa recommendation was super!). We loved having the washer and dryer available and really appreciated that so many of the laundry, kitchen and bathroom amenities were provided. You really thought of everything to make our stay a Christmas to remember!

Great for children and Grandpas

We stayed for ten days in November. We came to Phoenix to meet up with our son, wife and three small children from Canada as we all needed a dose of sun. We are lucky to have lived and holidayed all over the world and this is the best house that we have ever hired! All the preceeding reviews are confirmed. The whole set up is ideal for small children ( and Grandpas). Location is perfect, quiet, safe and with stunning views, especially at night. There is a good supermarket five minutes away and plenty of shopping nearby. We spent a lot of time at the house - it was that good - but the hit with the children was Phoenix Zoo. They spent all day there, twice.

Wonderful!

This home was everything we had hoped for and more: the kitchen was well supplied, the views inspiring, the pool the best place for family fun – even with the Childrens Museum and Zoo not that far off. It was beautifully decorated and amply supplied with towels, linens and basic necessities. There were 8 of us with 2 preschoolers. I had never rented a place that had so many games, toys and books for kids. It is a wonderful place to relax and reconnect with family. The hot air balloons treated us on most days as they floated over the home. We even saw one land down in the valley. The home sits on a quiet lot that makes it feel so private even when you are so close to many activities. We are definitely considering another trip to Phoenix just to rent this home.

Absolutely wonderful home

This home is amazing. I was so fortunate in reserving this home for my 60th birthday celebrations. I was joined by my sisters from England, and my family and friends from Canada. The house exceeded all of our expectations. It is a spacious, elligant and very comfortable home, beautifully decorated and furnished, and complete with everything a person needs to enjoy a first rate holiday. The Views are spectacular and nature completely surrounds you. We spent many evenings sitting outside with a glass of wine and thoroughly enjoying the sights and sounds of the desert., Everyone agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room to relax in all of the bedrooms. The house feels like a well loved home and by the end of our stay nobody wanted to leave. Thanks Judy and David for a holiday that I will remember for ever, Thanks too for being so kind and sincere in your dealings with us , it is very much appreciated. Great Destination

An ideal size and location for a family vacation. Our family spent the first week of August and had a great time. For some it was the first time to meet the whole family (grandchildren).This was the first experience with a rental for us so we were a little nervous. It was everything we could have hoped for. The size and space allowed for our large group to spread out and take refuge, while at the same time allowed enough space for all to be together at the same time. We were 9 adults and 4 young children (all under the age of 3). The house was beatifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for us to cook great meals and enjoy each others company. The bedrooms provided ample space for that temporary escape when needed. The house provided us the perfect destination with no need to go anywhere other than the occasional trip for neccessites. The pool was a big hit for all, and the outdoor grill made it easier for cooking meals. All in all we would highly recomment this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway or a family reuinion. Judy and Dave were extremely helpful and gracious throught the entire phase of the rental process. You will not be disappointed!

I want to say that if you are looking for a awesome place to stay while in the Pheonix area then this is your place. From the time you dirve up the drive way to the pool out back this place is the best. The AC keeps the house at 68 degrees or colder and the beds make for a great sleep when its that time, not to hard and not to soft. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor kitchen is great. We had a re-connect weekend with some friends and didn't even leave except to run to the supermarket which is right down the street. Again book this house only if you want the best.

Wonderfully Maintained Rental Home

What a wonderful vacation rental! We have stayed in many vacation rentals and never have we stayed in one kept in such pristine condition. We stayed for 10 days in March and everything about the home was wonderful. The property is very clean and well maintained.The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked. The owners, Judy and David, were delightful to work with and they were very helpful in providing any requested information. The view and the sunsets are unbelievable. We ended up cooking and eating in most nights so that we could sit out and enjoy the sunset. The pool was very enjoyable and there were lots of games and videos to enjoy as well as a DVR with the satellite TV! There were only two of us and it is a large home that could easily accommodate many more people. We chose this home rental because we wanted some place nice to go after a day of attending spring training games and we were not disappointed. In fact, we have re-booked for next year!

Fantastic Experience!

We were recently in Phoenix for business and opted to rent a home instead of staying at a downtown hotel. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone considering this type of accommodations, whether for work or pleasure. We booked things last minute and Judy was very accommodating in getting all the details together and following up to make sure everything was taken care of for us! The house was in absolute perfect condition and was very comfortable, spacious and secluded. The view is amazing and you can’t beat the location/privacy at the end of the cul de sac, right next to the foothills. If you are looking to golf you HAVE to take advantage of the owner’s membership at Quintero Golf Club. We are avid golfers and Quintero is the best desert course we have played and for that matter one of the best courses we have played anywhere, and we have played at some nice courses. David and Judy were very gracious in providing us with recommendations for dinner and golf and are very kind and gracious people. You can tell when people take pride in their home and want people to enjoy their time in Phoenix. I can't say enough good things about our entire experience! If we are ever looking to stay in Phoenix again we will be looking to stay here again.
