Don't let Lubbock fool you -- everything is within a 10 minute drive -- especially with the new freeway system which can be accessed close to this home.

This home is well located for those attending football games or those needing a nice place to stay while working in Lubbock for a few days or weeks. Close to shopping, parks, schools, library, universities, hospitals, access to freeway, restaurants. It's in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of two parks. BBQ grill is provided along with all essentials in the kitchen, linens, etc. House has sprinkler system, weekly yard service, and security system. Laundry room with supplies.

Pet Recommendations: This home does not accept pets, -- we do have another home that will. While we realize that pets are like children and many people never spend a night away from them we also realize that a majority of our clients prefer a smoke-free, no-pet policy. We have gone to a complete no-pet policy due to substantial upgrading of our home over the past year. However, we hope this doesn't keep you from visiting us! If you do not have a trusted caretaker for your beloved pet while you're traveling to Lubbock you might like to vet (pun intended) these companies in Lubbock. However, clients should remember that at no time can a pet be brought on to the property of the home without substantial financial repercussions that will affect the security deposit. What a beautiful place to stay!

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful house. We had a great four day stay. We were able to get together with our two Tech daughters and watch them defeat Iowa State in the tennis match. Look forward to coming back to Lubbock and the Robin House again soon.

Super Nice people!!! Convenient location to our venue. The house was very clean, and we felt safe in the surroundings. The only problems we experienced, were the bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom. They are not good for elderly people. However, 2 knee replacements made climbing the stairs difficult, so we had some problems figuring out the sleeping arrangements, and the upstairs bathroom only has a tub, no shower, we are traveling on business, and are not related to the people we travel with. A shower, certainly would have been a better choice for us. Strictly for sanitary purposes. We will call on you again, if we travel back to Lubbock. We will recommend you to our friends and family.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your great review of our property! We have debated about the bunk beds as families with small children love them and it enables them to sleep apart. The upstairs bathroom had a leak a few weeks before your arrival and we had to shut off the shower (but were able to keep the tub in use) to keep more damage from occurring. It is presently being completely replaced with a surround shower with tub and new faucets, etc. We're hoping to have new pictures up by next week (needed to find down-time for the property to make this emergency repair). There is a shower/tub combo downstairs that I hoped met your needs while you were here, -- looking forward to having you again and thanks for any recommendations you can give!

Home Away From Home!!

My company is based in Albuquerque and we frequently have work in West Texas recently had some work in Lubbock. Lynn met us there to check us in and show us around. There were four people in the house and it was more then accommodating. Its nice to have the comforts of a home, we like being able to cook our own meals and have our own individual space. All of the beds were very comfortable, and we had no problem sleeping. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much and we definitely try to stay there again whenever possible!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Girls Weekend!

We had such a great time at the Robin House. It was very cute, clean and cozy! The perfect way for 7 girls to reconnect over a couple nights. We came from Kansas, New Mexico and Texas. Great neighborhood, always felt safe. First time in Lubbock and so easy to get around. Lynn was very helpful and made sure to answer any questions. We for sure will stay again if we make it back to Lubbock. Robin House will always remain in our hearts. Lots of memories were made! Highly recommended! :)
