We just returned from a wonderful stay in Asheville. Our home base at The Lofts was wonderful. We were in the center of all activities, and the apartment had every convenience. The deck space brought the outside activities in and we did not have to leave the apartment. We would recommend these accommodations for any one looking to enjoy both the city and the surrounding environs. The street was quiet at night and the city life in Asheville was close by and available. We will definitely return for our next visit.

Spent Memorial Day weekend here. This is the perfect location to experience downtown Asheville. From the counter tops to the light fixtures, the unit is beautifully furnished and finished. The deck was a great place to relax with a glass of wine. I'll be back as soon as I can.

I am way overdue writing this review. My husband and I rented this loft for the week of our wedding last July and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. The location was within easy walking distance to all of our favorite local restaurants and shopping. The associated parking space made coming and going super easy. And it was the perfect hub for all of our last minute wedding organization and preparation.

The loft itself is impeccably decorated, extremely clean and is outfitted for anything you might need while in Asheville. The pictures only give you an idea of how sunny and beautiful it is. My husband and his groomsman got ready for the wedding in the loft and the photographer ended up taking a lot of photos of them within the space and on the deck which turned out beautifully. It really is like a page from a magazine.

Ownership was very helpful and super responsive to all of our needs as well. We look forward to many future stays at this fabulous loft.

This is the perfect spot when visiting Asheville. It's a beautiful loft with all of the amenities, including a full-service, modern kitchen. We hosted a large dinner party and our guests were so impressed with the layout and the furnishings. The loft is in the heart of the city but is located on a quiet, lovelly street. We also loved the outdoor deck, which is a rare find in the downtown area. We cannot wait to come back!

There were 8 of us that stayed in two units that can be adjoining or separate. Both apartments were amazing. It was an all girls getaway weekend and we had the time of our lives. All the rooms were very great and the kitchens were fully furnished with everything we needed. It was right downtown and we could walk to everything we
needed. The Biltmore Estate was only a 5 - 6 minute drive.
We loved the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know.

I am a 17 year old junior in HS, very much in the middle of the pressures that come with that, and suffering the mid-winter blues. My mom & aunt decided to treat my 14 year old sister and I to an extended "girl's weekend" at The Lofts to blow off some steam and just relax......

We went to the Chocolate Lounge at least twice a day, and ate at Doc Chez, Table & Mamacitas. We shopped, walked around Asheville, and just chilled watching movies, playing cards.
We are already begging to come back again!!!

My sister and I spent 3 days in Asheville in this summer. Our stay was FABULOUS!!! The location was absolutely perfect for walking to all our favorite places. We love all the galleries and restaurants within walking distance. We drove to our other favorites. We hope to make this an annual trip. We both highly recommend The Lofts. It was a wonderful place for our getaway!!!!! The lofts exceeded our expectations.

My goodness, I had absolutely no idea how amazing my stay would be to Asheville until I walked through the door of the Lofts! It was exquisite. The most comfortable plush posh apartment I've ever rented. Clean and fresh. My family loved it, lived in it, felt like it was our own home for 5 awesome days! The beds were especially comfortable, even the fold out. I've experienced time share living for a long time, but this was better than any time share I've ever gotten in an urban "downtown" city. So much to do...around every corner. Entertainment, food, coffee, shopping, and the weather was beautiful! The lofts will be a revisit for our family for sure! Shout out for Tupleo Honey, The Chocolate Lounge, The Lion’s Den Eatery & Old World Market at the Grove Arcade, Doc Chey, The Fine Arts Theatre...when can we go back?!
