Welcome to the best place to stay during your Moab vacation.

Our place was built in 2006 and offers a memorable stay at our favorite place to enjoy the great outdoors. The clean and comfortable atmosphere and amenities of our condo will provide the perfect place to relax after a fun-packed day.

The Moab area offers renowned mountain biking trails, four-wheeling, white water rafting, and unforgettable sightseeing at two National Parks. After an invigorating hike or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool will be a refreshing end to the day. The rim views from the private patio will be a constant reminder of the beautiful area you've chosen to spend your vacation.

We have equipped our home with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a queen bed, and the third has two double/single bunk beds. This along with a rollaway bed, make it possible to sleep 8 of your family and friends very comfortably.
About Troy Stevens

There are 3 owners of the condo. Each of us love to take our families and play in Moab. We built the condo several years ago and it has become our home away from home. We love to share our favorite places with our renters and do our best to make their stay as comfortable as we can.

We came down and stayed for the half marathon in Moab. We loved staying at your condo. We loved the great room that fit us all comfortably when we were watching TV. The condo was so organized and clean which we appreciated. Beautiful views and location. We will definitely come back. Thanks.

Three families - ten of us total, stayed at U2 for the weekend. The condo is clean, extreamly comfortable, tastefully decorated and the views out the living window -- awesome!! We had plenty of parking for our jeeps too!
We can't wait for our return!

Nine of us (three families)shared this beautiful condo during Montana's spring break and it couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. We grilled and ate outside on the patio every night after hiking all day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the surroundings were lovely. We returned home feeling refreshed and renewed...until the next day when we awoke to a foot of snow on the ground. This was our first time using vrbo to plan a vacation and we couldn't be happier. All of us give these accommodations two thumbs up.
