This condo is in a great location. We could walk into the village and down to the beach. The place has new couches and new flat screen tv's in the living room and bedrooms. All very nice. We've been staying in Siesta Key for years now and this is by and far the nicest place we have stayed.

We rented this same place last year and it was good,, this year not so good.

1) Grass next to the pool is dead, also the grass that was alive around the house wasn't mowed when we got there and didn't get mowed during our stay. - Looks trashy

2) The pool chairs are all cracked and nasty dirty, also there is trash and junk on the side of the house, next to the gate.

3) Need to spray for Roaches in the bathrooms

4) The AC upstairs was broke, they did get it fixed, however it took 2 hours one night then 4 hours another day. If it would of been checked on a regular basis it wouldn't have caused us 83 degree nights.

5) TV upstairs in the master bedroom is super small,, 10" screen or so. Could be replaced with a modern TV for very little money.

6) Grill on back porch is old and has a hard time keeping temp. We ate out most nights, but the night we wanted to grill it wouldn't stay hot enough to cook. Its an electric grill and says right on the cover not to leave outside.

7) Rug downstairs in front of TV is nasty dirty,,needs to be thrown away or cleaned.

8) They are using an old piece of carpet as the door mat as you walk in, it slips and slides as you step on it and eventually someone will fall and get hurt. Just buy a real door mat.

9) The location is the main attraction for this place. It's located in a great spot. Just needs some up keep.

The location was the perfect distance to the village. We also enjoyed the Jonny Ride for further trips around.

This property is located just a 2 minutes walk, about 700m to Siesta Key village. There is currently a free (tips only) shuttle in operation which will take you around the key.

This home was perfect for our family during our stay on siesta key. The only complaint I have is the pool was very cold (set to 72) and we didn't use the pool at all because of this. The Gulf was warmer to swim in. Other than that I would definitely stay again.
