Inside the condo for those of you who must work even while on vacation or may need to pay your bills online, we provide SECURE Wireless Internet Access. Our building has wireless access--but it is not secure. We provide the SECURE feature to you and do enjoy it ourselves when we come to visit.

Your stay will leave you with lots of great memories: breathtaking Gulf sunsets and panoramic beach views from the private balcony.
Chances are you will have sightings of dolphins swimming by in the warm gulf waters--not guaranteed, however. My husband tells me they come out early in the morning and I have seen them almost every evening just around sunset.
You will remember the fun you had swimming in the heated pool or the gulf of Mexico, the relaxation in the spacious spa/hot tub in the pool area which is just adjacent to the beach.
And, of course, for young and older--- the youthful excitement of building sand castles on the beach, the challenge of playing bocce ball (bocce balls are not provided--must bring your own) or the enjoyment of a cool refreshment under the shade of a tiki hut.
There is an exterior barbeque poolside if you would like to grill.
Nearby amenities include the World Famous John's Pass fishing village--located within walking distance for dining, shopping, fishing, charter fishing, private boat rentals, jet-ski and parasailing.
Along Gulf Boulevard you will find lots of shops, restaurants, miniature golf, nightlife and a public trolley which travels the entire beach front all the way to Clearwater!
A convenience store is across the street for quick snacks or refreshments. Grocery stores also are nearby to the condo.
Newspaper stands are on the premises. Located within walking distance to an ice cream shop (the Candy Kitchen--ooooh, huge cones, great fudge), drugstore, pizza, beachwear shops, etc.
Tampa/Clearwater attractions, Busch Gardens, Fort De Soto Park (rated one of the best beaches in the U.S.), Disneyland, Hard Rock Casino (Tampa) and other attractions are only short distances away.
Rentals start at a MINIMUM of three days (condo association rules) in the slower season. Renters pay cleaning fee for 3-6 day rentals.

We are from Wisconsin and really enjoy visiting the condo but are only able to do so a few days a year--as we are both still working full time. I am a realtor in the Milwaukee area and my husband is an organizational consulting psychologist for large and small businesses.
Since we can't visit often, the next best thing is to share the experience with you. We love families who enjoy a nice beach experience. The time we like the best is sunset. I can't pry my husband out of 'his rocker' from one hour before sunset to one hour after. He loves it soooo much. We know you will, too.
We bought this condo because of the beautiful views and the wonderful ocean sounds. We love to sit on the balcony in the rockers and watch the sunsets! We wish we could visit more often. Twice a year for a few days is not enough! Within walking distance of Johns Pass.
The hot tub is situated so that you can see the sunsets from the hot tub or the privacy of your own balcony. Not many condo complexes have hot tubs and it is an aspect we REALLY enjoy.
We have the only bocce ball court on the beach.
Nice to have a convenience store across the street in case you are without car.
Also the trolley stop is streetside right in front of the condo building.. It will take you north to Clearwater or South to St. Petersburg.
