800 sq. ft. Bottom condo duplex w/ patio - directly across the street with public beach access, and a few walking steps to the ocean. Super cute!!

Perfect for couples & small families of 4-5, including children.

On-site, private pool.

No-smoking unit.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.

PET - 1 dog under 30 pounds authorized.

$15-$20 per night; $45.00 minimum; $75.00 for the week.

• On-site parking for ONE (1) VEHICLE - HOA enforces towing policy!! Additional parking is available off-site.

Amenities Are As Follows:

- Master bedroom w/Queen size bed - NEW 22'' flat screen TV.

- Living room equipped with a 32'' television.

- DVD/VCR combo.

- Expanded basic cable (64 plus channels).

- WiFi service.

- Plush Queen Sleeper in the living room.

- Full size stove, microwave and fridge, place settings, utensils, and roll-away dishwasher.

- Ceiling fans.

- BRAND NEW FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, and FLAT TOP STOVE.

- Two (2) single sleeper chairs in a den room.

- Separate entrance door.

- Stack-able washer/dryer combo.

- Full size ironing board.

• MAJOR HOLIDAYS - a FOUR (4) night minimum is preferred.

• Owner accepts credit cards with a 2.5% transaction fee added to total. PayPal has a 3% transaction fee.

• Rental unit INCLUDES LINENS for queen bed and sleeper (sheets, pillow cases, and towels), and includes comforter for the queen bed and blankets to accommodate 4 persons. If used, must be washed prior to vacating.

The condo had everything we could need. The kids loved the pool and it is close to the beach. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy. I was especially glad it is pet friendly so we could bring our dog Patticakes. We will be back and tell our friends. Thanks so much!

We came for our niece's wedding at Ft. Fisher and we absolutely loved your condo. Our family also stayed in the townhouse here and we were all able to enjoy the pool, beach, etc. together. Thank you for making this possible!
