Fall special (Sept 1 - Nov 15): rent for 6 nights get 1 night free.

Great Orlando area location. About 20 minutes from the Orlando airport, just 6 miles to the entrance to the Disney complex. Within 2 miles are numerous restaurants and shops. This condo has 3 BR, 2 BA, is 1,200 sq ft, is fully equipped and furnished including 3 TVs, and fully equipped kitchen. Pack light when you come to this condo as there is a full size clothes washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom #2 contains a queen size bed, and bedroom #3 contains 2 single beds. In addition, the sofa can be converted to a double bed. Additionally, this unit contains free high speed internet, which is not a provided feature at other rentals.

This well maintained complex includes heated swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis court, play ground, bar-b-que pit, picnic area, and clubhouse. 1 hour drive to the world famous Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space complex.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of six. Prior to making the reservation, I had struggled with staying at a Disney resort for the "true experience" and I am now very happy with our decision to stay at the condo. It was a simple drive to and from Disney and felt like we were coming "home" instead of going to a hotel when the long day was through.
The condo itself was perfect for our needs and I feel it was a good bargain.

Thanks for offering the condo. The location was great. Four of us attended a conference at the Orlando Convention Center and we really enjoyed your place. It was clean and had everything we needed. The free internet was nice to have as we conducted business at the end of the day. The process to reserve the property and to check in was very simple.

We are back from our Disney trip and we had a great time. The condo was nice and clean. It was what we had expected. It is close to the pool which was very convenient for the kids to go swimming, so thumbs up for that.

We stayed over the Christmas break and really enjoyed our stay. Your condo was perfect. It was clean and well equipped. The location was great. We went to Disney as well as short trips to Cocoa Beach and Cape Kennedy. It sure beat staying in a hotel despite not being any more expensive that a hotel.

We had really pleasant stay at Sweetwater Club, we enjoyed the pool and spa. The Condo location was really great: close to Disney and other Parks. We really liked the place and would refer it to friends and visit again.

We enjoyed our holiday staying at Sweetwater #7 for 3 weeks. Not only a very good location in the Sweetwater Club across the clubhouse and pool, but also the location of the club 300 yards off the 192 highway suited us to a “T”. Right in the middle of the “action”, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get at and quiet.We particularly liked the large shower, the walk-in closets and all the storage space in the numerous dressers.I also enjoyed your professionalism in dealing with you Tom. Thanks for the phone call at the middle of our stay asking if everything was all right. Would we rent your condo again? Absolutely.

We had a good time in Orlando. There were four of us, so size and two baths were just right. I love the location for activities in the Orlando-Lake Buena Vista-Kissimmee area. We really appreciated and used the wireless access point (D-Link) that was provided. We had three people on simultaneously evenings and mornings. A real plus for most travelers these days.
We would contact you again for future Orlando housing needs. Your location, pricepoint, and quality unit is a good fit for our group. Wish we could have stayed longer.
