In fairness, I have a very large family but the house was too small for us. We did inquire and the owner told us she didn't know how large the house was. The size is posted on the wall when you walk in, and it is about 1800-1900 sq ft. The price was excellent but there was bare minimum present (should have paper towels), some instant coffee would be nice and is in other houses. If you have a moderate size family (2 adults and 4 kids) and you have the time to purchase toilet paper, while you do not expect luxury, this is the house for you. Hot tub was a lot of fun for all, and the distance to most of the attractions is reasonable (20 minutes). The property was clean and well maintained. Not enough pool towels which would not be such a big deal except that the washer and dryer are not the best either. They did purchase more pool towels for us. Game room was nice
In summary, I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to a family that is more than 6 total, but do for a smaller family. Price cant be beat but there are a lot of properties available for rent and the owners should realize this. A few extra touches like some toiletries, a few essentials would have made such a difference in our overall stay.

I would just love to thank Lynda and Mark so much for letting me and my family use their lovely house. We had one of the best times ever. Everything was exactly like it was online and probably even better. There was no worry of having to be back by a certain time to do something. We could come and go as we pleased. Over all everything was just perfect. We will deffinetely be staying with them again next year or sometime soon. Thank you so much for everything.

Our stay in this villa was excellent. Our family visited some theme parks during our trip to Florida and after a long day on your feet waiting in lines, the villa was a welcome evening oasis. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa everyday, morning and night. The adults went straight for the spa most evenings, which had such a soothing effect that they were back in the pool shortly with enough energy to challenge the teenagers to some summersault contests and ball games.

The villa presented exactly as advertised; it was very clean, comfortable and in great repair. The bedrooms provided privacy when desired and all centered on the family room for a comfortable meeting center. We used our kitchen every day. It was convenient and provided the chance to save a little money on meals. We even barbecued and ate out on the patio a few times.

This property is about 20 minutes from most attractions. It is not in the middle of the busy Disney area, but just outside. This made the place convenient yet low key. There are plenty of stores for shopping nearby, but they are mostly the ones that locals use, so the tourist traps are limited here. You can easily eat out, shop for groceries and clothes, and even get a few souvenirs, but traffic is easy to maneuver. We went to Wet N Wild, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, and Medieval Times easily from this location and passed Disney entrances each time. The villa itself was tucked into the back of a quiet housing village, so we barely noticed any noise from any of our neighbors.

Overall, we had a great time here and would certainly stay again.

My family of four and brother's family of four (age range of 5 to 40) had a brilliant stay at Mark's Villa.
Our primary purpose for the trip was Disney. The house was perfect. After a good long and hot morning at the park, we would return to the house for lunch, some pool and rest time. Then we would return to the park for the evening. The house provided room for everyone to relax at their own pace. The kids could hit the pool or the game room while the adults could sit, relax and plan.
Lynda was wonderful and very accommodating. She would respond to all emails/requests in a timely manner which is very import when you are planning a trip for multiple families coming from different parts of the country.
