Spacious, 3 bedroom, newly renovated apartment located on upper floor of 3 family brownstone on a beautiful quiet tree-lined block in the Historic District of Lower Stuyvesant Heights in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Spacious rooms, full kitchen, 2 televisions with cable, hardwood floors, lots of natural lighting.

Dance/Yoga (360/sq. ft.) studio with mirrored walls + full bathroom (92/sq. ft) (by appointment only). We can make arrangements for private classes from a wide variety of New York dance and yoga instructors (Please give ample notice of dates and type of lessons requested).

Four different subway lines. 10-15 min. subway ride to lower Manhattan. Paypal and Credit Cards are accepted for reservations.

LOCATION: 10 minutes away from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn's Children Museum, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Brooklyn Museum of Art, Prospect Park, Prospect Park Zoo and the Brooklyn Promenade. 20 minutes away from the South Street Seaport (10 mins), Chelsea Piers (15 mins). Visit the Empire State Building (20 mins), Chinatown and Little Italy (15 mins), Times Square (20 mins), Wall Street (10 mins) Broadway, Museums and the Theatre District. Shopping in areas such as Soho, Park Avenue, 5th Avenue, and Madison Avenue. Catch ferry to Ellis Island/the Statute of Liberty.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed which could comfortably accommodate 2 adults.

The Rear Bedroom has a twin sized bed which could accommodate 1 adult.

The Living Room has a queen sized sofa-bed which could accommodate 2 adults.

A good quality inflatable mattress bed could be provided in order to accommodate additional guests.

Lovely Gem in Brooklyn

This is a beautiful, spacious, newly renovated, sparkling clean apartment located in Brooklyn, three blocks from the subway. We stayed here with our 3 kids for 6 nights in July 08. The owner, Ray, was very nice and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfy, the kids had enough room to stretch out and all in all, it was a great place to stay. There's a lovely little kitchen with everything you might need and we saved by eating breakfast in the apartment every morning. We took the subway into Manhattan every day (about 10 to 15 minutes, total) and it was nice to come back to this place every evening. This apartment is 3 or 4 times bigger than any room in Manhattan. We thought it was a great deal.

Great Quality for the price!

The place we really nice, clean, and the owner Raymond is really kind and well shaved. We had everything we needed, like the crib and the high chair, the main room is Huge! And the bathroom sink has a really nice shape. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because the neighbor's decided the have a fiesta until 2 o'clock in the morning one night, and it was like they where in our room! But it might not happen to you and be a 5 star!

This is the best place you can find for the price and quality I think, we had a great time in new-york! thank Ray

The apartment perfectly met our needs for sightseeing (5 mins walk to the nearest subway station) and having a comfortable place to relax. The apartment itself is beautiful, recently renovated and really quite spacious. We found Raymond (the owner) to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Aside from fast-food places, there is not a whole lot in the way of restaurants nearby, however the kitchen in the apartment is certainly adequate for preparing meals and there is a large supermarket within walking distance. Of course there are multitudes of dining options a short ride on the subway away!

A great place for your out-of-town guest

I had three friends come into town to visit me and I put them up in this rental property for the weekend. My friends found the stay enjoyable and very convenient to get around Brooklyn and to Manhattan by the train (only two blocks away). The owner was extremely nice and professional when greeting my friends and me. My friend's comments: "The apartment was quiet, clean, and well furnished. And the hardwood floors were dusted and shined properly. The bed linen was clean, odorless, and comfortable. I personally enjoyed living in the apartment for the weekend and it was just like being in my own home." I was even impressed with the place.

Great location for the train into Manhattan, beautful and very comfortable accommodation, I have no problem recommending this to anyone. Very helpful owner, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom. First class - I look forward to staying there again and will recommend this property to friends who plan to visit New York.

Just heavenly

Wow.. Where do I begin... So much to say about this wonderful place. I am a meticulous person, so choosing a place was quite a chore.. I viewed at least 8 apts before stumbling on this immaculate,spacious and lovely place. The location is convenient,subways are 3 blocks away,laundromats and supermarkets are extremely close by.. But this location is safe and private. The apt itself has everything imaginable .Coffee maker, huge clean refrigerator and stove, cooking utensils and cutleries. You are guarranteed a restful night because the beds are so comfortable. I know I am going on and on because this is one of the best acommodation I have ever experience.. The rate is also unbelievable. If you don't enjoy your trip to NYC you would definitely enjoy the accomodation..

Very comfortable apartment

My family of 3 kids (5 & under), a babysitter, plus my husband and I stayed here for 4 days in March. We were comfortable sleeping 2/bedroom with the two littlest kids in portable cribs (one provided). Ray and his wife Linda made sure we had everything we needed including a new highchair and troubleshooting the wireless internet so we could go online. The enormous bathroom was bigger than at home and the entire apartment gets a lot of natural light. My only suggestions for renters would be to bring some device to mark your towels (if you are a big group) since all the towels look the same and don't plan on dining out in the neighborhood. Subway access is very closeby and plenty of on-street parking so plan on eating in or going to another part of town for a restaurant. The laundromat nearby was very friendly and did a good job with our clothes (drop off service). The apartment was very well maintained and furnished. We were very happy with our stay!
