My husband and I stayed at this townhouse July 25th - Aug.10th. It was just as the pictures show! Very clean, spacious and close to everything! We appreciated the welcome package that Ann Marie sent us. The directions and local info were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends!

We stayed in this lovely 3 bedroom townhouse two nights in August 2008. Everything was very nice just as shown on the pictures; very clean in a very nice quite area. We appreciated how the owner, Ann Marie, responded to our inquiries and also the welcome package had great information, includig the maps and approximate distance to the parks. We will rent it again.

My family and I were a guest from 7/1/08 thru 7/9/08. The townhouse was exactly as pictured, emaculate and ample room for 6 people. I loved the security of being in a gated community and the welcome package that Ann Marie provided was precise in regards to directions and shopping. I enjoyed the home away from home atmosphere (everything provided) and the convenience of a super Walmart and restaurants just minutes away. I definitely would stay here again and have recommended it to several others.

This condo. was absolutely wonderful. We are a family of 4 & we had more than enough room. It was nice for my husband & I to have our own room, including a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The children really enjoyed having their own space upstairs, 2 good size bedrooms & their own bath. The pool was beautiful & it was really close to Seaworld & the airport. There was a large variety of restaurants & shopping close by as well. I would highly recommend this condo. It definitely beats a hotel any day!

We rented Ann Marie's condo in June, 2008. The unit was lovely and the perfect size for the four of us. Everything was just as portrayed in the photos. Proximity to the theme parks and other attractions was just right- minutes away but out of all the traffic and congestion. The property is clean and well maintained with pools and play areas close by. It's a gated community, and we felt very secure while staying there. We have already recommended the unit to friends and will definitely stay here again on our next Florida vacation.

We rented this condo from Ann Marie in May 2008. It was exactly as shown and so comfortable. The location was fantastic...about 20 minutes from the Orlando airport and about 20 minutes from DisneyWorld. A 24 hour WalMart was only about 10 minutes away as well as a huge variety of restaurants and entertainment venues. Ann's welcome package she sends to you is perfect and extremely handy! You won't find a better place than this...just beware...the tub in the master bath is so huge you'll need floaties!

We stayed in the condo in April 2008. There is a multitude of options for housing in Orlando, so it is important you can trust who you are renting from. We found Ann's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to provide detailed information first rate.
The unit is very clean, and close to 2 of the 3 pools. The flooring in the exercise room was being replaced when we were there, so it should be in great shape. You will not be disappointed with Venetian Bay.
