Our home is in a beautiful Gated Community and offers privacy, along with a heated pool/spa, two waterfalls and screened lanai. Three bedrooms, two baths and a well equipped kitchen offer you the comforts of home. Two bikes are available for your enjoyment to explore the entire 'Lely Resort'. Our home is on the second fairway of 'Mustang Golf Course' in Masters Reserve. Lely Resort has three Championship Golf Courses as well as numerous courses minutes away. Deep sea fishing or watch the boats come in at 'Naples Docks'.
The famous '5th Avenue' in Downtown Naples is just 10 to 15 minutes away. There you will enjoy fine dining, shopping, fishing, boating and of course, the beach! Marco Island and Isles of Capri are also minutes away.
Our home has many tropical trees, making your stay a surely, 'Tropical Treat'.

My husband and I stayed for a week at "Nancy's Naples" and it was a peaceful & wonderful vacation. My husband golfed on both Mustang and Flamingo.It was also easy to access the Everglades,Marco Island, and Captiva from this location. However, the best part of our vacation was relaxing on the lanai, swimming in the pool and grilling dinner each evening. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. We love the Naples area. The home was so well equipped with everything you might need & was so clean. The split bedroom was nice since our son, his wife & children stayed with us for a few days. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the lanai - it was so peaceful in the morning haveing coffe outside. It was just very relaxing & felt more like being at home. We hope next time we will be retired and can stay longer. Again, thanks for letting us share your home.

Rocco and I want you to know how much we enjoyed your home. It is obvious that you have attended to every detail within the home.
We loved the layout of the house. We spent the majority of time at the pool and in the kitchen cooking. Being able to slide open the doors from the kitchen/livingroom area to the pool was fantastic. We will return. Thanks for the great time.

We loved how clean and well maintained your home was. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and utensils so cooking was easy.We also liked the split floor plan that gives each side of the house ther privacy.Linda really appreciated the large master bedroom and bath.The pool area was used day and night.Breakfast at the pool can't be beat.The weather was sunny and in the upper 70's to lower 80's every day and not a drop of rain. We can't wait to go back to your home and the Naples area. Thanks for sharing your lovley home with us.

As a Realtor, both professionally and personally renting vacation properties on Cape Cod, I must say that you clearly paid attention to all the details that can make such a huge difference.
The pool and hot tub were absolutely fabulous, especially while watching the glorious sunsets over the fairway. So relaxing!!
My husband and sons played both Lely courses and found them to be challenging and enjoyable.
Thanks for providing us with a wonderful "home base" while visiting one of our favorite parts of the country!!

Your home was great! It is in a great location on the 2nd fairway, so it is tranquil in the early morning and in the evening. The sundowns were beautiful.
We enjoyed downtown Naples, the restaurants and the beach. It was so easy and fast to get downtown from your home.

From the "Grand" Mustang Entrance I knew this was going to be a special vacation. Your home is decorated beatifully, yet still comfortable and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, I especially liked the waterfalls. It was a nice touch to have the bikes available, several evenings I took a ride through the golf course and enjoyed the sun set. I will definitely mark this as a return destination. Thanks Again!
