Nice beach condo-perfect location

Well stocked condo situated less than one block from pier with an expansive sandy beach truly steps from the door. Outside shower on private walkway from beach to condo was perfect. Washer & dryer shared with only one other unit was very nice & convenient. Comfortable furniture, nice large tub, very cool a/c, and unit was very clean. Deck was smaller than others in the building, steps slightly impeded the view but it was not a problem for us and was a convenience for my 70 year old mother. Structure only contained 12 units and parking space was just outside and easily visible from the bedroom window. Owner was EXCELLENT to deal with in all respects. Would recommend to my friends and family.

First Visit to Folly Beach!

We stayed in this wonderful condo right on the beach, and just 1 blk. from the main street in town, with a parking space. Totally clean and had pretty much everything we would need to just hang out and enjoy the beach, and town. Quiet complex, tons of shells and miles of beach to explore. We would recommend this location to our friends and family, Customer service was excellent. Check out Snapper Jacks rooftop bar, the Peel and Eat Shrimp is so good you'll want 2 orders. Don't forget your Bocce Ball set and a kite for the beach and enjoy meeting new people!
Check out the pier, and the dolphins that swim there in the early mornings. We will be back when we can..

What a great week!

Great location, close to everything - just steps away from the beach and all the shops and restaurants are nearby. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of linens, towels, etc. Having the washer & dryer is a huge plus, very convenient. We have vacationed at several different beaches and this one is at the top of our list. Definitely work going back!

Great week at Folly Beach

We really enjoyed our time at Folly Beach. We walked the entire beach, one day to the light house and the next to the park. At the park we saw a dolphin up close just around the tip of the island. The March weather was a little cool, but the beach was wide and empty, beautiful! The condo was great. It was quiet and had one of the most well stocked kitchens in a rental we've ever had. I drank my coffee sitting in one of the Adirondack chairs most mornings. All in all it was a great trip, very relaxing with lots of outdoor time.

The condo was better then the pictures! It was right on the beach, had a shared washer/dryer with only one other unit, and was very convenient to downtown Charleston. Also, it was only a walk away from all the shops and restaurants of Folly Island. I would definately recommend staying here. The only downfall was that the unit was right by the stairs, so you had a somewhat obstructed view, but the location to the beach more then made up for it. Would definately stay here again!

This condo is tidy, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. It literally does step to the ocean! In addition, it is in a central location and was within walking distance to most restaurants/stores. We will likely go back!

The owner was a pleasure to work with, very helpful and friendly, quick return of deposit. Condo is small but will work well for a couple or family with 1 to 2 children. Condo had beautiful view of beach and pier. Condo is very clean and everything works in it, has new washer and dryer, which was great. Condo is in walking distance of all the shops and resturants. Condo was very nice. I would go back again.
