Although this home is not on the water, the owners also own the private lot directly across the street. About 30 yards from the front door, takes you to the owners 'stairway to heaven'. 100' of private waterfront on Kootenai Bay, a large private dock and boat + 2 jet ski lifts are yours to enjoy. An inflatable kayak, life jackets, beach chairs, cooler are all yours to use and enjoy during your stay.
