Very disappointed :(

My family just returned from our stay in this condo for a mini family vacation and birthday celebration. Upon check-in, we received our parking pass from the Victorian staff who were very friendly and helpful. We parked near the elevator which was helpful when unloading our luggage. The condo was easy to find on the second and the lockbox was easy to operate. As we walked in the condo, the smell was horrific. The smell of cigarette smoke was so thick it was nauseating. We had to open the balcony door to air the room out a bit, only to expose the loud party going on at the adult pool down below. Luckily Wal-Mart was right next door so I was able to purchase Lysol as I was shopping for groceries for our stay.
We settled down on the dog-smelling sofa for the evening for family movie night, only to find that neither of the DVD players in the condo worked, which was very disappointing to my 8 and 9 year old kiddos. We watched our movie on our laptop instead. Thankfully this did not require internet, as the free Wi-Fi had such low signal strength we were unable to connect.
As we were preparing the kiddos for bed, I noticed there were no sheets on the bunk beds. There were extra linens in the closet so I quickly made the bed...after I had to dust the entire bunk bed. The dust was so thick I had to rinse the wash rag several times. Along with the cigarette smoke, the dust was a major concern for me considering my daughter has allergy induced asthma. The upper rail on the top bunk was missing and was not at all safe for a child to sleep. The slightest roll and she would fall off, so my daughter slept in the master bed and I slept on the dog-smelling sofa.
The next morning my family wanted to make me a birthday breakfast but was unable to make a full breakfast with only one skillet so we dined out, which defeated the purpose of renting a condo. The kitchen drawers were covered in grease, as were the cabinets. There was dingy dust and grime that covered the walls and baseboards. The condo does not appear to have been deep cleaned in a few months if not a year.
We are very disappointed in our stay this weekend. The condo was absolutely filfthy, dirty and dusty. I do not recommend this condo. We enjoyed our time together as a family, but will choose a different property next time.

I am shocked to hear of your stay, as the condo has been booked solid this year and no time for dust to settle on beds, I personally was just at the condo when I had new wood floors put in and checked the both of the DVD players which were working just fine. Not sure why the place would smell like cigartetts as this is a non smoking condo and no petts are allowed on the property. As far as the pott and pan situation you are probably correct as the previous people who rented from me ruined the other skillett and I had not replaced it yet but there are other pans to use. There is not grease on the walls and cabinets again my cleaning lady is very thorough and I have not had any complaints only great reviews. Not sure why you would say there was dust and the condo is filthy new wood floors were just laid last month so there was a deep cleaning as all furniture has to be removed from the condo and a deep cleaning was done. Internet can be slow due to high traffic but all you had to do was call the front desk and they could have reset the box and you could have had a stronger signal this would have taken only a few minutes.
Seems like you were not happy with one thing and you decided to make up problems which were certainly not there.
Maybe a 5 star Hotel is more in line with your needs but also the cost will follow as well.
