Fantastic Flat!

Had a wonderful stay at this flat with 6 girlfriends. It was beautifully decorated and quite spacious, including 2 bathrooms (a must for our large group!) We were pleasantly surprised at the many "extras" (hair dryers, curling irons, hair spray, lotions, spices, condiments, teas, books, magazines, etc.) The location was excellent. We walked to a number of shops and restaurants, and used public transit to reach other areas of the city. I went running every morning around the neighborhood and Alta Plaza Park - very hilly but beautiful! Very handy to have the keypad entry. Clyde was very helpful and attentive throughout the booking process. Would definitely recommend!

The neighborhood has excellent running options like the ones you found or the wooded trails in the Presidio that lead to the bay or the Lyon Street Steps, the best natural stairclimber where you can enjoy beautiful bay views for your entire workout. As for shopping, Filmore Street is now touted as one of the top shopping spots in the country with several U.S. and International retailers choosing Filmore to locate one of their few U.S. outlets. And the convenient transit options from the flat make the City easily available without the hassle and expense of a rental. The flat is an exceptional spot to live like a local. Come back and visit anytime.

Notre famille française (avec ados) a bien profité de son séjour à San Francisco grâce aux 4 nuits passés dans cet appartement : il était bien équipé, l'emplacement était pratique pour découvrir San Francisco et ses environs, la décoration très soignée, et tout était conforme aux descriptions. La "master bedroom" et sa salle de bain était vraiment agréable. Clyde a répondu rapidement à tous nos mails et questions, et a été très arrangeant.
C'était beaucoup plus agréable que d'être à l'hotel, pour un prix moins élevé vu la qualité des prestations et le fait que nous avons diné 3 fois à l'appartement plutôt qu'au restaurany.

The listing was accurate, except at the top of the steps to upper level I did not find an open area to view the entrance room. This was a solid wall. The property was very clean and all the appliances in the kitchen worked well and appeared to be relatively new. We did not have any questions to ask the owner, but I suppose we could have called and asked why the DVD player would not work for us. I had my battery operated lap top and we watched movies on it. This was not a big deal as we did a lot of talking and played games. I would recommend this property. I would advise using ear plugs to diminish noise of someone walking upstairs (I did not know there was an upper floor and that someone would be living there), garage door going up and down, and closet door being opened and closed. Street noise was apparent in front room. In area, we only walked down to the marina. We did not eat or shop in area. The rugs had curled on edges and could have been a problem if a disabled person had been with us. All in all it was a very good experience and the weather was lovely. The owner was very easy to contact while making plans for our trip. He was very prompt to answer emails before and after trip. No emails sent by me to him during our stay.

This the first time we rent a vacation home. We did lot of research. I was a little scare. But, we had a great time! This is a tripple 5 stars hotel for a value price.
Your flat is sooo .. beautiful. We had a luxuriest vacation experience at your flat.
The flat locates in an up scale neighbor. It's safe, very quite and so comfortable. The children (age 3, 7 and 10) love the flat. All they wanted to do was stay in the flat and hang out. We have relative live in San Francisco, came visit us at the flat and they could not beleive how nice your place is.
Its close to everywhere. Very, very nice. We will be back for sure.

Pacific Heights Chic Condo

We had a fabulous girls getaway staying at this Pacific Heights condo. The chic interior was actually more impressive, welcoming and fabulous than we expected from viewing the photos. The amenities included a gorgeous neighborhood; walking distance to shopping; luxurious bedding; and inspiring and stylish interiors. Great communication from the owner. A huge plus was having the keycode since there were 5 of us. We left plotting our next visit and knowing exactly where we wanted to stay!

The PERFECT San Francisco Home Experience

Wow! I just cannot say enough about this house. Here are the Top 5 reasons I would recommend this house to anyone visiting San Francisco:
1) The owner, Clyde, is incredible to work with. He answers all emails and questions promptly and clearly. We had absolutely no issues at all with anything in regards to the reservations, payment, etc. The details and pictures of the home were accurate. In fact, in person, the house is even more beautiful!
2) The home decor is just beautiful. We felt like we were living in a catalog. And everything was perfectly clean, too. The home is full of character and beauty.
3) The location cannot be beat! We enjoyed walks to nearby restaurants and the park. The area was quiet at night, too!
4) The price. For all that you get with this house, there is no way a hotel can come near to competing.
5) The size is just right for large groups. We had 6 adults and a toddler staying in the home for 3 nights and never once did we feel cramped. The living room space is large and open and the kitchen is plenty big. We were able to share the two full baths without a problem.
Without a doubt, we will return to this house for future stays in San Francisco!

Beautiful flat convenient to everything

Our family stayed in this property over Memorial Day weekend 2011 while in SF for a family wedding. The interior is just as described and the photos really don't do it justice. There is plenty of space and the furnishings are top notch. One thing that the photos don't show that makes the property even better is that the TV viewing "loft" has been enclosed making it perfectly private.
Clyde was so nice to work with. His responses were prompt. We' love to stay there again sometime.
