SUBLETTING AND ASSIGNMENTS: The tenants have no authority to sublease or assign the leased premises or any portion of it without prior written approval of the landlord.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Grand foyer opens up to large family room with 2 story brick fireplace. Glass sliding doors gives access to large 1 acre yard with natural green foliage that border the property. Barbecue Gas Grill on Outdoor Patio available for those who enjoy the outdoors!

Master suite on the main floor has a large 'in room' sitting area and full bathroom with separate shower and spa tub with double vanities .

Additional sleeping full size sofa on main floor.

3 bedrooms on second floor with access to full bathroom with double vanities.

Additional Guest Bathroom on Main.

Cable access and DVD Player in designated bedrooms.

Fully stocked Kitchen combined with a breakfast bistro.

AMAZING LOCATION!!!

This vacation rental was comfortable a peaceful location to stay at. I was shooting a short film in Atlanta and the location was shared by some of my cast and crew. The amenities provided for us were excellent and the owners and housekeeper were friendly and professional. For a little less than a month, this home became our home but much more comfortable because of the services provided. Not too far from the city and very close to grocery stores and a variety of shops. Also in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Don't overlook this rental. You will regret it.

Thanks for being such pleasant hosts to the guests and photo shoots of Quintessence Hair & Fashion Magazine, FAME Mens Magazine, and Diva Locks Luxurious Hair. The models enjoyed being able to wake up, shoot, cook, and sleep peacefully all in in the same space! What a deal!

Great Value and location

I couldn't have found a more perfect rental for our trip to Atlanta. My family enjoyed everything about this place. Its in a great location, has lots of room, and thoughtful amenities especially when you take advantage of the backyard patio and tennis courts. We've stayed at hotels in the past (some better than others) but after living in this home for about a week, I don't think we'd want to check-in anywhere else when we're in Atlanta. The master-suite was a blast! My wive and I both enjoyed the spa-like bedroom and bath, it certainly helped to make our trip extra special. If you ever plan to visit the Atlanta area, I definitely recommended that you give this place a try, you'll be happy that you did. Its a unbelievable value with quick access to downtown!
