Great Location, Helpful Owner, Nice Property
The property was fantastic. Right on the beach, clean with comfortable furniture and all the necessary appliances. Very close to the city center. Balcony overlooks the nice pool and the ocean. The place was very safe and everyone from the maid, gate keeper and owners were very friendly. Would definitely stay again. The owner was very responsive and provided very helpful advice on transfers, rental cars and activities.

Wonderful condo!
We had a great time. Traveling with children is stressful, but with all the comforts of home at this condo it made our trip much more enjoyable. Great staff and a safe clean property. This condo was beautiful at a wonderful location and we would definitely go back or recommend it as a great place to spend a vacation.

Great location, beautiful condo on Jaco Beach!
We rented this condo from Ruth and Dan and from the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. Tres Regalos is a beautiful complex, right on Jaco beach with a view of the mountains. If aesthetics are important to you, you can’t go wrong here. Tres Regalos is very attractive and very well maintained. We all agreed it is hands down the best complex on this end of Jaco beach. We traveled with two teenagers, and four adults, one of which was my 80-year-old father. We rented the condo from December 26, 2011 until January 3, 2012. The condo is extremely well organized and beautifully decorated. There is truly everything you need, from towels and linens, to a fully equipped, brand-new kitchen, as well as TV and Internet. We cooked most nights at home, enjoying our cocktails on the condo’s lovely porch, which overlooks the pool and has a view of the ocean. My 80 year-old father feel asleep each night on the porch enjoying the warm breezes. The Tres Regalos staff has a high priority on service and safety. From the moment we arrived, we were escorted and assisted with all our needs. There are security guards on 24/7 and someone is always there to call a taxi, and help with your groceries. While walking to the beach on the second day, a pair of scarlet macaws flew up from a tree, right above our heads. The location is really gorgeous - lots of exploring can be done around the rocks that host hundreds of small sand crabs (it’s great fun to watch their antics). In addition to the beautiful Pacific, there is also a small inlet that provides a safe, calm place for small children to swim and for families to relax. In addition to just enjoying this lovely condo and the Tres Regalos complex, I recommend several local tours including: Jaco Waterfall Tour, The Discover Horse Tour, a trip to Manuel Antonio park with Costa Rica Jade Tours (monkeys, sloths, etc.) and also white-water rafting with Amigos del Rio. You will have a lovely time in Costa Rica if you stay at Tres Regalos and enjoy the hospitality of Ruth and Dan’s condo!

Our experience at TresRegalos was amazing! The condo itself (203S) was everything we had expected. It was very clean, luxurious, decorated with great style and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and pool was gorgeous with plenty of tanning space. We felt very comfortable and very much "at home" during our stay.

Un lugar de ensueño
El pasado fin de semana fui con mi familia, que es numerosa por cierto, tenemos 5 hijos, a un lugar ubicado en el extremo Norte de Jaco, Oceano Pacifico,llamado Tres Regalos.
Estuvimos en el Condominio 203S, el cual nos sorprendió con mucho agrado, lo espectacular de su limpieza, decoración. Es un Condominio totalmente amueblado, luce una cocina espectacular en donde usted puede encontrar todo lo que se imagine que va a necesitar y todo de excelente calidad, las habitaciones igualmente de lujo todo, en donde no hace falta nada, su sala de ensueño y un balcón con vista a la piscina en donde se puede disfrutar la puesta del sol de inicio a fin de manera espectacular.
Los Condominios tienen buen parqueo y muy seguro, estan finanmente acabos, tiene variedad de flores en su exterior, que dan un ambiente muy acogedor.
El Condominio se encuentra a 3 minutos del centro de Jaco, en donde se puede encontrar gran variedad de restaurantes tipicos, tambien varias cadenas de restaurantes, y gran variedad de tiendas que ofrecen souvenirs, realmente se pasa muy bien.
Mi familia disfruto de todas las comodidades que ofrece este Condominio y algo invaluable es la privacidad y la seguridad con que se disfruta de las areas verdes y la piscina. No solamente volveremos este verano, sino que con todo placer se lo voy a ofrecer a mi amistades. Muchas gracias señora Ruth por su cordialidad, usted y su Condominio son PURA VIDA!!!!

Beautiful destination - will return
Our family spent a wonderful vacation week at this beautiful, spacious, brand new condo. Located right on the beach with a sensational tropical view of the Pacific Ocean and a tidal river nearby. From the balcony we enjoyed many spectacular sunsets!
The condo is tastfully decorated with outstanding tropical art and custom furniture made of the native hardwoods. The modern kitchen is well equipped with conveniences and had everything we needed. A large furnished porch overlooks the pool, ocean, and beach, giving the full feel of the outdoors from the condo. The grounds and pool rounded out the vacation paradise with a plethora of colorful tropical flowers and plants.
We enjoyed several wonderful meals in downtown Jaco which is within walking distance of the condo.
It provides nightlife, shopping and tour destinations. The people are very friendly and helpful. We were surprised with a modern highway linking Jaco with San Jose, allowing for easy airport access.
