Quiet, secluded and woodsy with all the comforts of home are yours when you rent our cozy condo in Harbor Springs. A great base for days full of adventure and a comfy place to crash, play games, watch a movie and cook dinner in our fully equipped kitchen or out on the deck grill. *See our past renters' reviews to find out how much they loved it up here.

Welcome to our cozy northern retreat. Feel yourself relax when you enter on the main level and find the comfy living room, dining room, well stocked kitchen, and convenient half bath. Curl up with a good book or one of our many movies next to the wood fireplace or take a deep breath of fresh Michigan air out on the deck as you catch a glimpse of the wooded golf course through the trees.

The King Master Bedroom and bath, twin bunk-bedroom and queen bedroom with full bath provide quiet and comfort on the upper level. *Additional sofa bed pulls out to sleep two more in the basement living room and good quality air mattress can sleep two more.

Snuggle up in the Queen bedroom with full bath, just added this year in the basement level.

The winter season is perfect for cross-country and downhill skiing at nearby Nubs Nob, Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain ski resorts. Leave your boots in the garage and come in after a long day of skiing to enjoy a crock pot of chili next to the crackling fire.

Spring and fall in northern Michigan provide nice, quiet retreats, trail hikes, morel mushroom hunting, farmers markets, downtown shopping, color tours of the gorgeous foliage, bike rides, golfing and beach walking. All year long, take the kiddos over to Avalanche Bay Indoor Water Park at Boyne Mountain.

Summertime renters enjoy amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, play area and tennis courts, hiking, golfing on the picturesque Little Traverse Bay 18 hole public golf course and many other terrific courses in the area, shopping in the quaint Petoskey and Harbor Springs shops, weekend farmers markets, strolls on the nearby beach at Petoskey State Park as well as public access to many local inland lakes. Take our Kayaks out for a day on the lake. See Mackniac Island, only an hour to the bridge from here! Enjoy a summer festival or fair, there are many to choose from up here. The only disappointment we had was that we couldn't stay longer! Beautiful, quiet location! Great pool! Wonderful condo with lots of room! We LOVED it!!

We had an awesome long weekend stay in this cozy adorable condo. Located in a "sweet spot" between quaint Harbor Springs and the great town of Petosky. This condo is well equipped with everything you could possibly need including, shampoo, soap, kitchen appliances, gadgets, spices and condiments. We cooked all of our meals at the condo and especially used the grill! The condo is "child" proof as we have two small children that gave the condo a good run for it's money! The basement is a great addition for an extra play space including toys, books, coloring and movie watching area or kids. The beach chairs, sand toys, and towels were a great addition as well so that we did not need to worry about packing. Highly recommend to everyone of all ages, great location and attractions are very close by.

This condo is amazing! It has everything you need and more. What we liked was the space of having one family upstairs and the other in the basement yet would meet on the main floor for meals and such. The pool is is wonderful.

We had a great week in this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we could have needed, even extras that most rentals do not provide like shampoo and soap. We absolutely loved the newly finished basement area. It was so nice for out teenage kids to go down there for "movie nights." It was very convenient for our day trips ziplining, tubing down the river and to Macinaw Island! The pool area was very nice, and never very busy. We got a lot of use out of the gas grill on the deck, and enjoyed the view. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the Condo. My son was getting married in Petoskey and we wanted a place that the kids and grankids could stay together during this wonderful time of our lives. This was the perfect place. It was a great getaway from the city and also the condo itself has lots of room for everyone. The kids loved swimming in the pool! We can't wait to return. Thanks again!

Great views, perfect location between Petoskey & Harbor Springs! Only thing was three levels in the condo, so elderly or people with knee problems had issues getting to their bedrooms due to no rooms on main floor. We loved having a garage & porch. The upstairs was hot, even with the AC & the downstairs was very cold. But overall, we would definitely come back. So much to do & the condo is in a prime location! The owners were wonderful to work with & always available. We enjoyed eating at several places in Petoskey & loved all the little shops there. Fireworks over the bay were fabulous!

We had such a wonderful weekend at Boyne Highlands, and this condo was the perfect place to rest our weary heads. The listing accurately reflected the amenities inside, the property was clean, the owners are wonderfully helpful, and I would recommend this condo in a heartbeat!
