Elegant Prague city centre apartment in historcial building, competitive rates.
It has taken us two years to find an apartment equal in style and elegance to our first successful acquisition in Prague. The new apartment represents our values of providing accommodation which captures the historical charm of Prague, while at the same time offering value for money. This Art Nouveau building has been renovated by an Italian company. Their work on the building was nominated for an award. In the apartment, many original features have been preserved. Parquet floors, French doors, high ceilings and large original windows blend tastefully with restored antiques, chandeliers and touches of modern style. There is a sunny, quiet balcony overlooking a courtyard, where you can enjoy breakfast in tranquil surroundings. There is a two and three-seater sofa bed in the flat which comfortably accommodates extra guests. This Prague apartment has been styled with an attention to detail, care and elegance, sure to leave you with memories as deep and vivid as the city itself

10/10 What a great find

What a fantastic apartment. My girlfriend and I went to Prague for a 5 day holiday in January and couldn't have found a better apartment. Having been a little optimistic as to how good the apartment would be as it was our first time renting an apartment it couldn't have turned out better. Really close walk to all the main tourist attractions, supermarket, metro station and shops located less than a minute away from the apartment. The apartment was huge for 2 people, really modern and clean. The service was exceptional, Ilan is great and will really look after you. So overall there is absolutely nothing negative about this apartment. All i can say is we will certainly be back and will be recommending it to all our friends and family.

We have just returned from a very pleasant stay in Prague. The apartment was clean and comfortable, which is important to us. It was big enough for our family of four.
Communication with the owner was efficient and professional.
We can recommend the restaurant below the apartment - very good value for money.
Prague is a beautiful city and our experience was all the better for knowing that after a day of sightseeing, we were returning to a comfortable apartment.

This is a beautifully put together apartment in a neighborhood within walking distance to the old town. The owners are extremely helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Prague. Lovely apartment and a stunning city.
Ilan is very helpful and he booked us a taxi for the airport when we left which was a great idea. Wouldnt hesitate to return. The restaurant downstairs is worth a visit and dont miss afternoon tea at Cafe Louvre.

Our stay in Prague was extremely homely and the apartment exactly like the photos on the web site. After a 19 day cruise the apartment was a perfect retreat-we loved it.
The pick up transport was again fantastic as the driver knew where to go and was in contact with the owner to coordinate our arrival -this provided us with peace of mind .
Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

cheery apartment!

ilan met us and was most helpful and gave us all the info that we would need in the area. cheery geraniums blooming in window boxes, indoor plants throughout the apartment and the tastefull decorating gave it a wonderful homey feeling. there were thoughtful samples of spices, tea etc in the cupboards in the well equipped kitchen area. and a drawer of maps, guide books and a list of restaurants in the area. the apartment was roomy, quiet, and has a small sunny balcony off the living area. it is situated on the edge of a quiet neighbourhood, a 2 minute walk to the subway, and 15 minute walk to old town. of the 4 apartments we stayed in on our 3 week holiday, this was the best.

The guy running this apartment was fantastic. All the arrangements were sorted in advance - taxis, bedding and so on. He met us at the apartment and spent a lot of his time with us and not just on basics. The apartment was terrific. Fantastic decoration, high ceilings, great windows with blinds for proper sleeping, a 10 minute walk into the town, all the mod cons. He even let us check in early and sorted out a cab to take us back to the airport. If I were travelling with 4 people to Prague again I would book this again without hesitation. Highly recomended

The apartment was very clean and there was plenty of space for my family of 5. The location was great. We were able to walk or hop on the train to go everywhere very easily.

We were with 2 persons in Prague and enjoyed the very nice decorated spacious apartment. Everything you need is there. Only 100 meters to the next metro-station. Although the apartment is central it is very calm.
