This is an incredible vacation home; extremely relaxing and quite. The house is exceptionally well kept and is great for families with kids. The owners of the property were also very friendly and prompt with answering any questions we had before arrival. If we ever vacation again in hot springs we will certainly look to stay in this rental home!

Nice Nice Nice!!! Owners are very good with communication and specifically helped us with our Getaway in every way. This house is clean and in Great condition and has everything you need. The view on the lake is wonderful and the private back patio is very clean and a nice addition. The grounds are kept up and cared for. Privacy here is without Question and this property is not too hard to find. We have a family with 4 kids and a dog and we were able to stay here and enjoy getting away but had the essentials we needed. I am a Chef and I had a great time cooking in the kitchen and had everything I Needed to cook for my Army. My only wish is that I had more time to spend at this location because it just felt like home. Did I mention Clean?? Clean is important to me when i pay for a place to stay and this house is very clean and well groomed. Thank you For having us:)

i loved this rental, the nicest i've stayed in coming to hot springs for a week at the races. the house was well laid out and beautifully furnished, the beds and bedding excellent, the location beautiful, private, and peaceful, and the dog enjoyed it as much as i did. highly recommended!!

the pictures do not begin to do it justice. i stayed here for a week for the derby racing festival, and it was by far and away the nicest accommodation i've rented in the hot springs area. the house was well-designed and nicely furnished, with excellent beds and bedding and every possible amenity. the setting was ever so peaceful, the views outstanding, and my dog enjoyed it as much as i did. there was no need to contact the owners about anything once they met me there, but they live right down the road and gave every indication they would be available for anything i needed.

don't miss garvan gardens, at any time of year - and while i ended up eating at the house most of the time, i never miss fisherman's wharf for at least one dinner, and mcclards for fabulous BBQ!!

Wow! The view from this wonderful home was beautiful. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning was such a blessing. We came from Kansas City & met up with our Parents from Texas and stayed here for a week. Having a fire pit and BBQ in the evenings was so fun. It was a wonderful stay and Lisa was so helpful. Make sure you go out and see the sights and tour the town as we had a blast. A great family adventure with fun for everyone. We will definately come back!

this house was the most beautiful house to stay in highly recommend it was spacious and the view was excellent

the pictures on the net do not do this home justice it is much more bueatiful in person inside and out the property it sits on and the panoramic naturous view it gives is the perfect family or honeymoon vaction home. we enjoyed it so much it was in pristine condition. The blankenships hospitality was better than any motel could have given us. A well maintained piece of property , a home away from home, I would recommend this to thousands over a hotel or motel any day. The town surrounding it was bueatiful and there was something for us all from the kids to the grandparents to mom and dad. I more than loved the mornings i could wake up with a cup of freshly made coffee in the pot provided and sneak on the porch swing for some mom time. i appreciated it and much more. My family and I will definitly be making a return to The Blankenships rentals to spend more vactions.
