Lovely property, well laid out, bright and spacious and well equipped. Experience a real parisian area - extremely good value and the boulangerie/patisserie across the road makes the best bread and cakes; very few tourists around - and some lovely local restaurants and interesting shops; I would recommend this apartment and the location - just across from Canal St Martin; you can walk from Gare du Nord.- ask the owners about the great local restaurant down the steps - can't remember the name but the reasonable steak frites and the local musicians entertaining the diners (all French) with Edith Piaf songs was a treat - did not know that places like that still existed in Paris.
