Design 3 bedroom apartment, timber floor, very cozy and best location in Cologne

This is a beautiful design apartment. There is a lot of light and warm colours. I do decorate homes so I do have a sense for balance, right colour combination and peaceful feeling.

Also the location is the best one in Cologne, very close to all amenities, right in the centre.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building with 5 floors. There are only 10 apartments in total.There is a lift.

My apartment has 3 rooms, kitchen, and bathroom. There are double windows, that protect the apartment from the weather and city noise. The main bedroom has a double bed and faces the street Maybach, a quiet street. There is also a second bedroom that faces the street Luebecker, this street is a small street. It has one sofa bed that it is possible to open to a king bed. If you need two single beds, we have an extra sofa bed that we can also put in the second bedroom for your convenience.

The third room has a big sofa bed that you can turned into a double or two single beds.

About Me ...: I work as a travel consultant and I know very well the expectations, fears and needs of the guests. I know that I can not make all guests happy, but I know I can probably make most people very happy and it gives me courage to work in hospitality.

Locally I have very good employees that will take good care of you

- We also now have a studio close by. It is very beautiful, with balcony and courtyard.

Why is centrally located important?: Cologne has a lot of traffic and the signs are different fro other countries. It takes some time to get used to them, time that for a short visit you will not have. There are also many bicycles that come from nowhere, they do not respect traffic lights.

Public transport is very good.

If you do have a car and you think that if you leave outside the city centre it will be not problem, well you are going to be convinced pretty soon that it is very difficult and expensive to find parking places on the street. You have to go to a car parking. The best thing is not to bring a car with you. But if you have a car, do not touch during your stay unless you are going outside the city.

Owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the area. Shared many ideas of things to do in Cologne and surrounding area. Apartment was perfect - good size rooms, great location, very clean, and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again.

The Maybach Str. apartment is conveniently located

The Maybach Str. apartment is conveniently located in a friendly neighborhood with excellent public transportation. You don't need an auto to get around the city easily. The apartment is well organized and has all the essentials for cooking and eating in. The place is sunny and has dual pane windows for comfort and reasonable quiet. Guten Morgen,

wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Für uns hat es allemal ausgereicht. Die Küche ist ein bisschen zu klein für 6 Personen aber wir haben improvisiert. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkomnpliziert. Sehr angenehm. Bei einem nächsten Kölnbesuch würde ich Ihre Unterkunft wieder nutzen und auch weiter empfehlen. Danke nochmal für Ihr Vertrauen.
