Wait until you see the makeover that was just completed in October 2011 using one of the local interior decorators on the island. Are you looking for a fantastic rental home with lots of room in it and that is very close to Tigertail Beach? If so, you have just found it!

One of Marco Island's larger, waterfront rental homes that is only one block to the Tigertail Beach entrance. This vacation home has just had a makeover and lots of the furnishings have been replaced along with accessories, carpet and many rooms have been repainted. It is beautifully furnished and is fully-equipped with all the amenities. Comfort and elegance come together in this home. It has a mangrove buffer to Tigertail Beach and the Gulf of Mexico with views of the Gulf of Mexico from Bedroom 5.

The house is air conditioned and has five bedrooms plus a loft bedroom and three and a half baths. Two of the five plus bedrooms are master suites with separate baths. One of the master suites has a Jacuzzi bathtub, large shower with several shower heads, and a triple tray ceiling with nine and ten foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home.

It is ideal for two or more families or couples. This home features a formal entry, three living rooms, dining room, large kitchen with new granite countertops and an eat-in bay window, utility room, and lanai (screened in porch). It also has three oak interior staircases (one of which is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, oak spindles, and handrails. A vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-through fireplace are in one of the living rooms with custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions throughout the house. Plantation shutters and new drapes are also offered.

There are views of the water from both the front and the back of the house. Almost every room has a water view. Enjoy the lush tropical vegetation and privacy by the pool which has sun throughout the day, a playground area with sand for the children, and a grill for barbecuing. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump in the winter. The pool and playground areas are fenced in. There is also a 56’ dock for fishing.

At Tigertail Beach, there is a much larger playground for the children, a volleyball net, rentals, restrooms, and you can get sandwiches, soda, and ice cream at the snack shop. The house is only a block from the Tigertail Beach entrance. At dusk, take a relaxing walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets or watch them from the lanai or pool area. Close to shops, restaurants, groceries, golfing, tennis, sports rentals, marinas, and charter fishing.

I have been marketing this vacation rental home for 11 years and know it inside and outside. It is constantly having updates done to it and is very well maintained. You cannot go wrong renting this home!

What makes this house unique

The proximity to the beach is great. It is a little less than one block to the entrace of Tigertail Beach. There are only 3 public accesses to get onto the beach and Tigertail Beach is one of them. Enjoy long walks on the beautiful beach or just relax on the beach. Watch the sunsets from the house or at the beach. Sit on the lanai and watch all the wildlife with a good cup of coffee day or night. It is very private in the back and very calm waters.

Great time at a great property

We had a fantastic time at the Pink House at Tigertail. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room. It was perfect for two large families, with lots of space for cooking and eating. The pool was great, the dock on the waterway was a lot of fun, we even caught a catfish! It was an easy walk to the beach and the park, plus it was very private. The downstairs with the fussball table was a blast, we had plenty of room, and even with all the people we had in our group, we never felt crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook there if that's what you choose to do. The bedrooms were spacious, the outdoor living areas were very comfortable for playing cards at night, it really was the perfect vacation property. Highly recommended!

After reviewing many available rental homes located throughout Florida we identified this home as being most suitable to our needs,
Working with the owner, Robin, was an unexpected pleasure. She was pleasant, honest, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. On our arrival we found the home to be in immaculately clean condition, everything worked and the home was extremely well equipped. The pool was clean, pleasantly warm and very well used throughout our one week stay. It is well located with easy access to Tigertail Beach, which is an absolute gem, especially if you wade through the estuary onto the main beach. Excellent swimming, outstanding shelling and great views.
All 14 of us had an extremely enjoyable visit and we received praise for finding this "gem", with a commitment from all of us to revisit this wonderful location and fun house. Thank You!

WOW! A GREAT place for a vacation. Fishing along the beach was outstanding!We enjoyed the pool very much and found the short walk to the public beach enjoyable. The house includes everything you would need or want! WE SHALL RETURN!
