This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the brand new complex of Paradise Apartments. The complex has ample free covered parking, lift and stair access to all floors. There is private access from the pool to the main veranda, with bar and dining area.

The apartment has an open plan living/dining area leading onto the veranda with views over the pool, here you can enjoy your meals and a glass of chilled wine al fresco.

The 2nd bedroom has a veranda with a small garden area.

Ten-pin bowling and Cinema complex:: Fun for all of the family, a short walk away is ten-pin bowling and a cinema complex. The local beach offers a range of water sports and is situated 100 meters away. Many other amenities only a short walk away, including bars, international restaurants, cafes, a 24 hour bakery and supermarket. Internet is free in most of the internet cafes in this area

Limassol Wine Festival:: Every year for one week in August or September, Limassol plays host to the ever popular Wine Festival. Sample wine from Cyprus growers. Wine is FOC all evening, press grapes bare footed and sample Cypriot food at its best. Entertainment is provided by local musicians and dancers. Dates vary from the last week in August to the first week in September.

Fantastic apartment, every possible amenity at your door step.
We would recommend both the apartment & the location to anyone.
Places we would recommend:
Forsos - Typical Tavern fantastic mezze , Location Moutiaka Village.
Aristo & Kiki Kebab Restaurant, top food great value, next door to Orphanides Express supermarket.
Tokyo, Japanese restaurant - outstanding but not cheap.

Thank you for a very nice stay in a well equipped apartment here in Cyprus. It was very nice to be able to cook at home every now and then.
All in all everything was fine with nice decoration and good kitchen equipment.

This was our second time at this apartment and will not be our last. The apartment is beautiful, great pool most of the time it was only the four of us there, 2mins to beach, shops & bars, no noise, perfect, can highly recomend it, Many Thanks, Sue & Graham Cooper.xxxx
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
