About the building and parking:
The suite is located on the third floor of a concrete lowrise. Two elevators servicing all floors of the building with ramps in the front and back entrances make accessibility straight forward. This is a safe and well maintained building with security doors throughout. Parking is in a gated underground parkade with a reserved stall. If interested it is charged at $15/night for the full length of your stay. A $200 cash security deposit to be paid on arrival is required if opting for parking. This is primarily to cover the replacement cost of the keys should the set be lost. If parking is not required, no security deposit is required.
About the neighborhood:
Centrally located along Robson you are just steps away from Stanley Park, English Bay, Gastown, Chinatown and Coal Harbour. This is a safe well lit neighborhood with steady foot traffic from early morning to late night. There are no clubs or bars (other than restaurants that serve alcohol) in the immediate vicinity but there are plenty of commercial shops and restaurants nearby. Stores within a 5 minute walk include Safeway, Choices (supermarket), 7-Eleven, London Drugs (pharmacy), Robson Public Market, Mcdonalds, Starbucks and plenty more. This building is situated right between the commercial traffic of Robson and the residential neighbourhood of Coal Harbour. Public transit is right at the front door and taking a taxi is just as easy being situated next to 2 hotels.
