We have been visiting and vacationing on Amelia Island for years. When we decided to buy a vacation home we knew this was the best spot in Florida and along the east coast. We love the restaurants and shops plus all the outdoor activities in the area. We also enjoy a quieter day reading a book while sitting on the beach.

What makes this condo unique

We've worked hard to make our condo comfortable for our guests and ourselves. This is an upscale condominium development and we think we have created a feeling of relaxed luxury in our unit.

The building is located next door to the Ritz Carlton and this provides easy access to their amenities. This just enhances the already great experience you'll have at our condo. We love to walk over in the evening for dinner. Years ago we were married at the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island and its fun to take our daughters to the spot where we had the ceremony.

Happy New Year!! Amelia Island is such a wonderful place to spend New Years and your condo is so special! Fireworks at the Ritz right in front!!! Wow! Yeah! We really appreciated all of the elegant touches and had some very memorable meals - esp. New Years Eve with local shrimp. You are truly lucky to have such a lovely second home. Thank you for sharing it.

We recently returned from a 3 day stay at this wonderful condo. We initially booked the condo because the Ritz Carlton was sold out for a conference that I was attending there. By the end of the weekend, however, the entire family agreed that this condo was a much better choice for us. Our kids and mother-in-law had plenty of space to relax during the day. The balcony was expansive in size and had a wonderful view of the beach. We were directly adjacent to the Ritz Carlton so that walking to the conference, restaurants, etc was done with ease. The property was immaculately maintained, beautifull decorated and comfortable to stay in.
The most important part of this, though, was the care that was provided by Amy and Brad. The owners of this condo went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. They were prompt with every question or request that we had. I have rented multiple homes/condos in multiple cities, but I have never had personal service equal to the level of these owners. Great job, Brad and Amy! We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again in the near future.

Beautiful condo, fab view of the Atlantic as soon as you open the door, nearness to elevator and parking. It was the best stay we have had in 20 years at thr Island, both visually and restfully. Thank you, Aimee and Brad, for taking such good care of us.

My husband and I are avid travelers and when we can we love to stay in condos rather then hotels because of kitchen and extra space.

The views are just spectacular ,immaculate interior ,lovely but comfortable !The owner has gone out of the way to make the stay enjoyable,a minutes walk to the Ritz Carlton,the beach .I would highly recommend this property what a great experience and I cannot wait to return!

We went down for the GA/FL game and stayed at 18 Ocean Place. It was perfect; very spacious and a fabulous balcony over-looking the ocean. I highly recommend and will definintely go back!

Great Stay

We stayed at 18 Ocean Place with our son and his family. It was a wonderful place for the children and adults. The view is breathtaking. The deck is out of the sun most of the day, so it is a wonderful place to read and enjoy the view. Inside was very comfortable and the kitchen had just what I needed to make Grandma's specialties. We took a little time to enjoy a couple of the restaurants next door at the Ritz. We will certainly come back for another relaxing time with family.
