The apartment was large, clean, bright, and charming with everything you could need in both kitchen and bathroom plus maps and local information provided. Well located, many available taxis, great rail system and excellent restaurants.

The booking process was straightforward, the owner kept in regular contact and the caretaker who welcomed us was very helpful. There were 5 in our party, we were celebrating a birthday and I would definitely recommend it.

My family and I recently spent 3 days in this apartment at the end of our vacation in Thuringen and Saxony. The caretaker met us at the door and handed the keys to the tastefully decorated and spacious apartment. We very much enjoyed the high ceilings, and woodwork.
The apartment is located not far from the autobahn if arriving by car. It was a fifteen minute drive to downtown. It was also not far from the Schloss Charlottenburg, where we able to spend a rainy day.
The apartment is also close to a supermarket which was very convenient as at the end of day we were able to return and prepare a
meal in the modern kitchen.
We very much enjoyed the place.

My family and my (5 in the party) have spent a nice week in this apartment; clean, luminous, and, as property managment says, truly, charming and spatious; quiet and not far from both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, i.e., well comunicated; very well provided kitchen and comfortable beds... I did not expect such a big apartment with vacancies just 2 months before August!

This is a very spacious, clean and well appointed apartment. The owner was a delight to deal with. You are within 10minutes walk of two stations and a 20 minute stroll will take you to the edge of the Tiergarten.There are plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance, the food is substantial if rather plain.

Berlin was surprisingly peaceful for a major city and a joy to walk across. For once the pedestrian is treated with respect by the traffic, but don't cross against the red pedestrian traffic lights! We found the people of Berlin extremely helpful and friendly. Their transport system is extremely efficient and inexpensive. We came in from Schonfeld Airport by train for just 2.80 euros per person

The outstanding attractions for us were the Bauhaus and Jewish Museums, both excellent value.

I, my husband and my seven year old daughter have just spent a lovely-if too short a stay in this beautifully furnished, well-equipped flat.

Though not in the centre the flat is within easy-walking distance or U- and S- Bahn links, and so makes a lovely base, It also means you get to experience the more neighbourly-side of Berlin.

The rooms are spacious, the beds super-large and comfortable and the kitchen & bathroom have everything you require. We felt immediately at home-even though we are not used to such luxurious high ceilings and big beds! Having seen the description and photos on the site we were not disappointed.

There is a lovely bar/restaurant near the U-Bahn station and enough friendly corner shops/supermarkets nearby.

Our arrival and departure from the appartment was helped by the friendly and accommodating manner in which Frau Fiala and her representative dealt with everything.

Our family had a wonderful and very comfortable stay in this large, spacious, and well-located apartment. Beds were particularly comfortable, bathroom and kitchen completely modern and lovely, and a spacious living room with giant daybed-style sofa was perfect for family dinners, entertaining, and relaxing. The apartment features very high ceilings, lovely light, and is spotlessly clean and fresh! Just a few blocks away from two different S-bahn stops, the flat was well-located for touring the city. In the immediate neighborhood we found excellent, imaginative playgrounds, an upscale grocery store, and wonderful Middle Eastern restaurants, sweet shops, and cafe's. The owner was helpful and reliable to communicate with, and the apartment manager who met us with the keys was very friendly, and even gave us a ride to the nearby shopping district upon our arrival. Our only challenge was the lack of internet in the flat. Local internet cafes did not have Wifi for laptop use, but were fine for going online and checking email. In order to access Wifi, we needed to travel into the center of Mitte, where American chain restaurants (McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts) where we would otherwise not step foot had inexpensive wireless service!

5 of us stayed here (4 adults and 1 child - 3 nights, May 2010) and it was perfect - room for everyone and all you needed with regards to comfort and ammenitites. Beds are new and very comfortable. The location is ideal with a 5-10 min walk to either the U or S lines. The owner was very helpful in both English and German and there were no complications with payment, communication, getting the keys, etc. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we will recommend your unit!
