Most of all we impressed that the luxurious Empat villa merged with the real Balinese life. Very fast we forgot about a time and we be?ame a part of this, thanks to respect like in families with the warmest relation. Sure we will go there again, and of cource we will recomend this place only to our best friends. Many thanks to Noeman, Putu, Made and of course You, Alannah!

The Villa is in a tranquil setting among the rice paddies of Cangqu, ten minutes walk fom the beach, away from the madding crowds, but within short reach of teh more commercially oriented areas of Seminyak, Legian and Kuta. With its own pool and dedicated staff, all your requirements are well catered for.

We brought along our 9months baby girl for a short staycation at villa Empat, together with another couple and their 14mth old baby. Loved the villa to bits! Alannah and staff were accommodating enough to provide us with 2 cots and baby chairs for the little ones. The villa was a real charm. As we hail from Singapore, traffic noise has always been a norm to us, so the location of Villa Empat at Canggu was a much needed respite from the hubbub of city life. Tranquil and serene sourroundings. Exceptional in-house villa facilities and nice staff to boot. We didn't really feel the need to venture out. The takeaway deliveries we ordered in were fantastic, we really didn't need any excuse to step out, giving us ample time to relax and enjoy the villa and its serene neighbourhood. Hope to come back soon!

We had a fantastic time. The villa was lovely and staff were great - our 2 year old daughter was very taken with Putu the driver and called him 'Flower Man' due to the flower he had in his hair one day!

now that we are at home again we really know what we are missing. The excellent interior of villa Empat, your friendly staff, especially our excellent driver, and the beauty of Bali’s landscape.
We really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank you and also all people who take care of us for that impressive days we had.

When we arrived, the villa was prepared like a dream. The photos do not do it justice. Flowers on the beds, welcoming smiles from the staff, the luxury and promise of what was to come, as well as the beautifully prepared meal waiting for the tired travellers to enjoy. I am a seasoned traveller with very high standards, and this was nothing short of bliss. I was more than impressed.

The pleasure of my stay did not end there. The staff, Nyoman the housekeeper, Made the manager and Putu the driver were really quite incredible. Nyoman’s quiet efficiency was breathtaking. My two young boys can be quite demanding, but she was so calm and happy to oblige. Nothing was too much trouble. I am humbled in my gratitude. Similarly to Putu. He was friendly, knowledgeable and so safe and accommodating. The kindness and thoughtfulness that he consistently showed was certainly appreciated. Made, the villa manager was equally accommodating. Again, such a calm manner, where nothing was too much trouble. He just made things happen so smoothly. I could call him (on the provided mobile phone) and he would fix any problem or concern, no matter how trivial. This could range from a restaurant booking, to arranging a massage in the villa at 9 pm, to organising the staff around my schedule. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much to all of the wonderful people, including those not mentioned, who made our stay truly memorable.

The villa itself was exrordinary. Beautiful fittings, large rooms and nothing like a plunge pool! We are talking lap length luxury. The colours and artwork throughout the villa were inspiring. How can I recreate this at home? The villa captures the spirit of Bali with the added bonus of understated quality and artistic awe. It really is beautiful.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Empat to anybody travelling to Bali who is looking for an extraordinary experience. In some ways I am afraid to give my true feelings about it, because I want to keep it all for myself! But really, I was so impressed with the accommodation and service at Villa Empat. There are many villas in Bali spruiking their wares. Villa Empat was such a good find and I believe terrific value for money. As soon as I returned to Australia, I was checking for flights back to Bali again. And hopefully, Alannah the owner of Villa Empat will be able to offer me another vacancy. I have certainly been too spoilt now to stay anywhere else.

My wife and I spent three days at Villa Empat with our daughter and her husband, and can not imagine a better experience. The owners have created an extraordinary environment that, fair warning, might spoil you for any other vacation spot. The villa itself is stunning and very well appointed and set in a very picturesque location (the pictures and description barely do it justice), but the staff was fantastic. They couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect yet were discreet and very professional. You could tell they took pride in offering good service. Two nights we took advantage of the in-house chef, and had two of the best meals we had on Bali. Very highly recommended. We could have easily never left the villa and been very happy. But we did.
Having a driver made venturing out stress free, even short trips to the market or for lunch. I didnt always feel safe putting my life in the hands of some Bali drivers, but Udin was an exception -- he was unflappable and the car was very comfortable. We also rented motor scooters, mostly to get down to the beach and to get around the village to take photos. The closest beach, Echo Beach, is one of the better surfing beaches on the West coast of Bali, so while we enjoyed the villa, and the scenery and sunsets, our son-in-law got in his fill of surfing. The Beach House restaurant at Echo Beach is a nice hangout and has a good barbecue some evenings. there are also several other small restaurants near the Beach House that are very good for a casual meal or cocktail.
Finally a note about Made, the manager, and Alanna, the owner. They couldn't have been nicer to work with. Both seemed genuinely dedicated to making our whole experience positive and we appreciated their efforts. Alannah actually made the process of booking the villa and planning the trip via the Internet and email enjoyable. They've done a great job of putting together a perfect getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.
My daughter is already planning our next trip to Bali, and Villa Empat will definitely be at the top of our list. Not sure we'd be happy staying anywhere else.

I would like to say how lovely and peaceful our stay at the Villa was, the staff were great. The owner was so helpful and managed to accomodate our 'very' last minute booking with no problems. I would highly recomend this holiday destination and i look forward to returning.
