Near the beach and close to the city center.
These three ground floor, one bedroom, air conditioned apartments are located in the Barceloneta district, beside Barcelona’s beach and port area. The Gothic Quarter is ten minutes away on foot. The Ramblas as well as the Cathedral and other points of interest can also be reached on foot. The Metro station (Barceloneta) is a 300m. Nearby the apartments are many seafood restaurants, as well as the typical café’s and bakeries famous in Barcelona.
The apartments have been designed to combine both a rustic and modern style, offering guests a relaxing stay in Barcelona. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with two individual beds, a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD/MP3 player and an equipped kitchen and bathroom.

My boyfriend and I returned from Barcelona on 3/25 where we stayed in this apartment. If is wonderful! The location is great, the apartment is wonderful and just the right size. Being right next to the market is beneficial since we cooked a couple of meals at "home." I would recommened this apartment to anyone! Thank you so much!

Great place to experience Barcelona
Very nice contact, all questions have been answered on short notice. Modern appartement, very clean, all facilities in good condition. Supermarket, bakery and Tapas bar in the near vicinity (2 min). Would go there again. Absolutely recommendable!

Appartement confortable très bien situé
Appartement très bien situé dans Barcelone, tout à proximité (supermarché, boulangerie, métro, bus...)Petite rue dans quartier calme et sérieux. 2 portes plus loin, un restaurant signalé dans le guide du routard.L'appartement correspond aux photos du site, rénové récement. Il est bien agencé, confortable et très bien équipé. Propriétaire très accueillant parlant très bien français. Parking payant et sécurisé à 300m.

Great apartment in Barceloneta
We stayed in Barcelona for 9 Days with our six year old daughter.
The apartment is very clean and the location is perfect- 10 minutes walk to Zoo of Barcelona and Aquarium.
We will come back as soon as possible.

Great accommodation for city break
Just returned from four night stay over the Easter break and everything Jordi and Anna said about the apartment was true. Fantastic location - close to the market, beach and some great authentic tapas bars. All the sights and the port only a five minute stroll away. Apartment was small, but perfectly formed and spotlessly clean with everything provided - from fresh coffee to the essentials in the kitchen.
A great stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

Très bien situé
Nous étions quatre à occuper l'appartement (un couple et deux enfants de 12 et 14 ans) et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
L'appartement est bien situé, tant pour visiter la ville (à pieds ou en métro) que pour se rendre à la plage. Il est propre, fonctionnel et conforme aux descriptif et photos.
Tous les commerces se trouvent à deux pas (boulangerie, halle, supermarché, pharmacie ...), et il règne une bonne ambiance dans le quartier. Mes filles se rendaient seules aux commerces avoisinnants, ou rentraient seules de la plage.
Nous sommes allés à pieds aux Ramblas, quartier Gothic, grand aquarium...
N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus!
