This condo was everything we needed and much more. It was very clean, comfortable and well looked after. The balcony off the living room and the big bedroom window look out on the beautiful pool/spa area, and the mountains. The village has plenty to keep us busy - nice restaurants, coffee shop, pub as well as it's own casino. We also enjoyed the "wine walk". We did drive into Vegas once, but it was so nice to be able to escape the craziness of the strip and retreat to our relaxing condo.
We would, and have, recommended this condo to friends and family and we hope to return soon to spend a longer time.

We stayed in this lovely condo last week for the long course triathlon. Perfect location as bike transition area was right outside our door. The condo was very roomy and modern with a great view of the lake. The condo was spotless and the kitchen have everything you would need to prepare meals. The photos do not do it justice. The gym was great and there are nice running paths around for those who like the fresh air. The pool area is also nice. It is a great base for those wanting to explore the Lake Mead area and only about a 15 minute drive to Las Vegas strip. We visited the District shopping centre and ate at Wholefoods a few times for a light lunch they have a yummy salad bar and a range of light meals available. Loews hotel also does nice meals great for a buffet breakfast on the weekend and coffees and is only 10 minutes walk. We ate at Ricks Cafe a couple of times and meals were really nice. The owner Michael was very responsive and helpful and the welcome pack which included basic toiletries was a nice touch. A great property to stay at.

We had a great get away at your condo at Lake Las Vegas. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view and you provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The gym was also clean and provided a great view with the large windows overlooking the pool. Staff at your complex was capable and friendly and management was especially helpful.

We went to "The Strip" a few times and found the route was direct and easy and parking was no problem; but we did enjoy getting back to our "home" and away from the action and noise.

The weather was beautiful and in the high 90's for the week. We enjoyed the short stroll's we took across the bridge to go for coffee, dinner or just to check out the beautiful village and casino, but our favorite time was hanging out at the pool. Very Relaxing!

We had a wonderful visit to Lake Las Vegas. We were more than happy with the condo. Its modern, clean, spacious and has a an excellent view. Zero complaints...we wish it was our condo just the way it is right now.

We had never heard about Lake Las Vegas before this trip, so we were more than suprised to find this gem just a few minutes from the strip. This resort town is modeled after Florence/Tuscany, Italy. The views are breath taking. My husband and I were married in Tuscany and we actually decided that Lake Las Vegas is MORE beautiful than the real thing. Its clean, the people are super friendly and the food is fantastic.

I recommend this condo and a visit to Lake Las Vegas to anyone and everyone. We went with our 2 year old and had a great stay. However, if you are looking for more of a romantic trip, this is definitely the place to go as well.

We had a great visit. The owner was very responsive via email. The property was accurately detailed and clean. We found the other people in the development to be friendly and very helpful. We will return!

We were very pleased that the condo has such a peaceful atmosphere. Staying on the strip is nice and all, but it’s sometimes hard to get the rest you need to keep up with all the fun Vegas has to offer. That was one of the reasons we chose not to stay at the hotels on the strip as we have done in the past. We enjoyed the restaurants and casino in Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead being so close by was a fun day for us as well.

Thank you for offering a very nice experience to people visiting Las Vegas. We will certainly stay there again and we will tell our friends about your condo and your excellent service.

The photos do not do this place justice! The place looks very new and clean. It has a king bed and fold-out queen sofa with a real nice clean, large, modern bathroom. Bedroom and livingroom (with balcony) overlooks the pool and has a view. The village is only a few minute walk over the scenic bridge. Easy secured parking and lots to do. This is the perfect place for any type of get-away and is reasonably priced. Great pool and gym and has laundry facilities available. Owners are super nice, accomodating and easy to work with. Convenient location ... can't go wrong with this one! Giving you five stars and will rent from you again. Thank you sooo much!!

Your condo is perfect . I'm in Napa for a week returning next Wednesday if it's available perhaps I will lease for another week or two ? Thanks much
