4BR Oceanfront Villa Kai Vista

4BR/3BA Luxury Kai Vista is directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This lovely villa sits elevated on a ridge and offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the oceanfront infinity pool and hot tub. Only 250 yards from the Rum Point Club, Kai Vista couldn't have a better location. A very sandy beach offers long walks in either direction. Pool shoes/fins required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment.

Many oceanfront windows and 8' tall sliding glass doors to the sea flood the villa with Caribbean sunshine year round. Sliding glass doors open to the pool deck and ocean from the kitchen, living and TV areas. Superb wedding venue. (1) King master suite on 1st floor; (1) Queen bedroom on 1st floor with adjacent bathroom and (2) Oceanfront king bedrooms with balconies on 2nd floor share a large bathroom between them. Pull-out sleeper sofa in den.

Large oceanfront freshwater infinity pool and hot tub, with lounge chairs and dining tables. Optional pool heat offered in winter for $250/wk. Very sandy beach, with tennis court access nearby.

Charcoal BBQ to the side of the house under a tiki hut roof.

Accommodates up to 10 people (8 adults max.); Excellent family or 2/3-couple villa

All rates INCLUDE Government Occupancy tax.

Very large and modern kitchen and dining area, central A/C, WiFi Internet access included. Apple TV, Plasma TV and stereo in TV area. Fenced property with plenty of off-street parking.

magnificent property

beautiful home situated directly on the beach. Very spacious for our family of 8 adults. Kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans etc. movies, games, beach supplies. Home is open , airy, beautiful pool. master suite is private with a huge master bath. Property was immaculate on arrival. We arrived late due to flights from US, caretaker was easy to contact. Were able to view NFL hometown games , a plus for us. Rum Point down the street, (walking distance) enjoyed snorkeling , lunch, cocktails and swinging in a hammock. Would suggest having home stocked with food etc prior to arrival. Home is somewhat secluded, which we liked, Grocery stores some distance so have home stocked and enjoy your time there. would definitely recommend and would love to return some day. Very relaxing vacation. Property was just as it was represented.

We are 3 retired couples that rented this property for one week in February of 2011. We had a fabulous time. This property is truly one-of-a-kind. Great location within walking distance of Rum Point but away from all the tourists on Seven Mile Beach. The snorkeling right out front was great. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and equipped. We had not one complaint. Do not hesitate to book this rental.
