'Ahhh...the View' is exactly what you will say when you see our Luxury Deluxe Log Cabin, located in the beautiful, all Log Cabin, Black Bear Falls Resort in downtown Gatlinburg. Our panoramic view of the Great Smoky Mountains is truly stunning all year round.

Resort heated pool & kiddie fountain pool are less than 1/3 mile away! There is plenty of room for sunbathing & snacking on the ample patio furniture. Restrooms are clean.

Parking (rm for 4 + cars) is level with the main floor of the cabin, with just 3 steps to the deck. As soon as you step onto the deck, you will begin to see the reason for the cabin's name. Open the keyless entry...Your Fabulous Smoky Mountain Vacation, at Ahhh...the View has only just begun! The main level offers new Great Room furniture,a new 46' Samsung HDTV, huge beautiful moose/deer antler chandelier with 18 lights, large dining table for those family gatherings, overly equipped kitchen, and private King Master Suite (K bedroom & bath). The king master suite offers the fantastic views, hand crafted log furnishings, and a wall mounted 32' LCD HD TV w/ cable card and DVD player. Walk out on the deck and take in those views. Or rock your cares away in one of the rockers on the deck. This wrap-around deck accomodates seating for 12. Need more relaxation, lay back in the Hot Tub as you drink in the awesome mountain views! A beautiful new sofa gives you the option of sleeping even more guests. No need to leave the main level if you choose.

On upper level is another King Master Bedroom Suite (over-sized king bedroom with bath) where you can look down on the Great Room or stand and gaze out of the wall of windows at the view. The Master Suite offers a deluxe sitting area . This level is professional decorated in elegantly distressed red & black furniture. You will enjoy a 32' wall mounted HD LCD Flat Panel w/DVD.

The lower level of our cabin contains the Game Room that is a gamers dream with a PS3 w/BluRay DVD player and Xbox 360 w/standard DVD connected to a huge crystal clear 65' 1080p HD DLP flat screen. And then there is the full size pool table -plenty of room to play or watch your favorites. The laundry is on this level, and yet another private King Master Suite (K bedroom & bath) with the stunning views of the mountains and the 32' LCD HD wall mounted TV with cable-card and DVD player. There is another deck with hand crafted log furniture that seats 6 to take in even more views. A queen futon in the Game Room allows for additional sleeping. JANUARY 2013: NEW BEAUTIFUL SHORT SHAG CARPETING IN GAME ROOM AND MASTER KING SUITE; ALSO, HAND CRAFTED LOG POLE PINE FURNISHINGS IN MASTER KING SUITE.

About The Owner

We love the Smokies! We came to Gatlinburg on our honeymoon and have come several times every year since. We have the most incredible memories of our times in the Smokies. When we had the opportunity to purchase a top quality cabin in the best resort in Gatlinburg we were thrilled. We want to give other families the opportunity to grow closer and create fantastic experiences and memories as we have on our vacations in the Smokies.

Our cabin is in downtown Gatlinburg, but just far enough off of the beaten path to give you the feel of being in the woods. The views at the cabin are simply amazing. You are looking at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We have done our best to make our cabin feel like Home away from Home, unlike many of the rental cabins in the county. We added the little extra amenities to enhance your stay. We are proud of the cleanliness of our cabin and have gone the extra mile to insure it is well maintained.

We really enjoyed your cabin. It was everything as you described and more. Very close to everything but far enough to still have wonderful views. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for letting us stat in your cabin. We will for sure keep you in mind next time we visit.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay at Ah... The View. The name says it all. The view was truly spectacular! When it snowed on the mountains across the valley, what a sight. The Christmas decorations added such a festive touch. It was a wonderful start to the holiday season.
Everything we needed was supplied and the owners answered all questions promptly. The cabin was exceptionaly clean and well supplied. I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a wonderful vacation in Gatlinburg.

The name is well suited for this cabin! The views were fantastic and so was the weather! Everything was decorated beautifully and very tasteful. The cabin was was beautiful!!! They had everything you needed to make you feel right at home!! It was very close to town!! It was my family & another family and it was perfect!! The kids could go walking and go down to the pool!!! We had a great time!!! Will never forget it!!! Would stay there again for sure..

This place was perfect for us, the cabin had everything we needed and then some. The kids loved the video games and sitting in the hot tub. Everything was very clean. I hadn't seen mountains in quit some time, and this was a great way to get reacquainted! Can't wait till we can return. The owners went out of there way to find some very important earrings to me, and sent them back! Couldn't ask for more!

Great Second Half of Honeymoon!

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for the second half of our honeymoon. It was great! There is a grocery store very close, so we were able to pick up groceries on the way to the cabin and then just relax. The view from the porch was beautiful, and the hot tub was very clean it was also under the porch awning so we could relax in it during a brief shower. As it was our honeymoon, we didn't really do anything other than relax in the cabin, but the owners provide a binder of restaurant menus for those interested. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils anyone would need and a waffle maker. Everything is easy to find. The grill on the porch was great as well, very clean and easy to use. The decor in the cabin is very cozy with a mountain theme. It was wonderful just us, but would be a great place to go with family or a group of friends because there is an excellent game room. There is an attractive pool in the community, but it was not open at the time of our visit (early May). We would definitely like to come back for a second visit!

Just returned from Ahh...The View and what a wonderful place to stay. Their were 8 adults staying in this cabin and we had plenty of room. The view was great, the cabin very clean and everything we needed for our stay was there. I would highly recommend this cabin. It is close to the nearest grocery store and Gatlingburg.

What a beautiful cabin! It was perfect! Nice size, great view, close town but did not see another person while at the property. We enjoyed the game room in our down time. The cabin was truly beautiful inside and out. The pictures were representative of the cabin but you must see it in person to really appreciate it. I recommend Ahhh...the View very highly. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
