We had such a wonderfule trip - the condo was gorgeous and the pool area was so wonderful you never wanted to leave it!
The condo had everything you could possibly need and was only a 25 minute drive to Universal Studios - I would definitely rent Marie's Condo for my next trip!!!!

We just got back from our first ever Florida vacation. I must say, it far exceeded my expectations. My husband, four boys and I had plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing in this townhouse. The decor is lovely. Three full bathrooms was very convenient. The resort was beautiful, the staff very friendly. And the pool ! We had planned on going to water parks and the beach, but we were so content to stay at the pool that we didn't bother ! Very relaxing.
Marie was so wonderful to deal with, very helpful and prompt with replies to email. I would highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to return soon !!!

We stayed in your home for 10 beautiful and fun filled days and found everything perfect! We had 4 generations staying under 1 roof and still space to spare. Everything went smoothly from arrival with a personal welcome note and celebration bottle of wine (a few hours early, Thanks, Lisa) to departure. The resort was great with swimming area, much to the liking of all ages. We did have a couple meals at resort and we were very pleased with all choices by all. The manager came over and cause there we 9 of us, a few issues not withstanding and gave us 20% off.

When our next Florida escape happens we will keep your rental in mind Marie, thanks for all you did to make this a magical vacation!

We just returned from our stay at this property and absolutely loved it. It looks just like the pictures and was exactly like I expected it to be. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a note for us.

We had more than enough space for our family. Most of the time during the day we were at the theme parks and then we would come back and go swimming at night. There were hardly any other people there swimming at night - probably because it was "cool" for FL (75-80 degrees) but for us Wisconsinites it was plenty warm with the heated pool and the whirlpool.

The kitchen was well stocked everything we needed to cook and eat. We typically ate breakfast and dinner there. The Publix was nice and close for shopping. We did eat one meal at the restaurant and thought it was good food and reasonably priced. Having a washer and dryer was also a great convenience to us. The theme parks were about a 15 minute drive which was quite manageable.

We had just a couple of very minor issues that came up and the property managers were there within minutes to resolve them.

I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone without hesitation and would stay here again on a future visit. Thank you!

My brother and I decided to treat our parents to a vacation in Florida for their 30th wedding anniversary. I wanted to find a special place that would help us all celebrate such an amazing milestone for our family. I contacted many people on home-away's website and even though I found some cheaper places, I kept coming back to this condo. Marie was incredibly sweet and I appreciated her enthusiasm for our vacation right from the get-go. The condo and resort, though maybe a little bit more expensive, looked so much nicer, fun, cleaner and worth the extra money. I am so glad I went with my gut and decided to stay here! The condo was beautiful, the resort was a blast and it was an absolutely pleasure working with Marie! She had a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival to celebrate my parent's anniversary with a beautiful card. We lounged by the pool, we went to the theme parks, and when we were tired, we hung out at the condo and grilled! At the end of our week's stay, none of us wanted to leave. Looking back at the pictures now, I truly miss this place. It really did feel like "home" for a week. I would recommend this condo to families, couples...or a group of six adults looking to be kids again (which was the case for my family). My parents told me before we left that this was the best vacation they had been on, the nicest place we have ever stayed and they want to come back again next year! I would also like to add that Marie is one of the nicest people you could ever deal with. She helped make this vacation as special as it was and I am incredibly thankful for that.

I cannot say enough about how lovely this home is and how gracious and helpful Marie was is helping us enjoy a much-needed holiday from day-to-day life. The O'Sullivan family went above and beyond to assist us and to help us feel 'at home' in thier home. The house is well maintained, well equipped and easily accommodated our family of six. An additional bonus was that the home is located very near the pool / clubhouse. Our primary purpose for being in the area was Disney's Magic Kingdom (which is easily accessible - only a short drive), but we actually had more fun hanging out at the fabulous pools and relaxing at the house. At this site there is convenient access to shopping (Publix, Target and Wal-Mart all a short distance) as well as numerous restaurant options. We traveled with our four children (ages 4 and 13) all of whom have said that it was our "best vacation ever". We would DEFINITIELY stay again and have (and will continue to) recommended this to friends and family.

I couldn't be any more happier with the stay. The home is beautiful! Everything was new and had a great home feeling, I felt as if I was at my own home. The bedrooms were all decorated so nicely, the beds were so comfy! The kitchen had everything. Everything was clean, I have no complaints. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The master bedroom had a great jacuzzi. The pool was great and we had so much fun going down the water slide and the lazy river. The home even included tubes to go to the pool with. Great bar bq grill right in the patio. One last thing that made this vacation that much more great was how Marie was so helpful! She was very attentive to all my questions. She was always very quick at replying to all my emails and made my stay greater by letting me check in earlier and later than the time your suppose to arrive and leave. The restaurant they had there was delicious and inexpensive (must try the chili cheese fries) I couldn't have stayed at a better place. My family and I are looking forward to returning again in the near future, wouldn't stay no where else! Thank you so much Marie!
