My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this studio. It is so centrally located we could easily go on an outing in the morning, come back and regroup at lunch, and then go out again on more adventures. It was fantastic to be able to walk to lots of famous Parisian museums, buildings, and monuments within minutes. It was also nice to have several grocery stores and bakeries right nearby, not to mention restaurants and bars. The studio was clean and modern (and was equipped with everything we needed) and the owner was very kind and helpful. I have already recommended this place to everyone I know.

Le studio de Philippe est très bien situé au centre de la ville.
Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien.
Quoique le studio est assez petit, il est meublé de façon moderne et dispose de tout confort.
Le lit Murphy est une solution superbe, ouvrir et refermer ne coûte que peu d'effort ou de temps.
l' Ascenseur qui méne au 5° étage est petit mais tout nouveau.
Nous étions très contents de l'acceuil de notre hôte et nous pensons que le studio est un lieu idéal pour un couple qui veut découvrir Paris.
Après y avoir eté une semaine, nous nreviendrons sûrement.

This is a fantastic studio in the heart of Paris. It is walking distance from the Louvre and d'Orsay museums, surrounded by great restaurants and patisseries, and has easy access to trains and the metro.

The apartment was clean and included every kitchen supply we needed to cook and eat several meals during our stay. The murphy bed gives you lots of room during the day and a comfortable sleep at night. The washer/dryer made a huge difference in our trip planning.

Highly recommended and we'd stay here again.

This place is amazing. Very central and close to many sites. It is a very nice part of town. Many restaurants and shops close by. Philippe was great, very helpful and kind. If you are going to Paris this is the place to stay. A++++

Our time in Paris was wonderful, largely due to this beautiful apartment and the kindness of the owner.
The apartment is located right in the heart of Paris city. Comfortable walking distance to many of the sites such as the Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, Champs Elysee, the Lourve, Madeleine/Opera Garnier, the list goes on.... And anything that is a little further is so easily accessible by the Chatelet Les Halles train station (one of the major RER/Metro stations in Paris). The area is very vibrant and busy with many, many great eateries and bars and all the necessities like pharmacies and supermarkets just below. It was so great to be so close to all the activity!
The apartment is very fresh and modern, complete with everything brand new including a/c, washer dryer, fridge, over, stovetop, television, stereo, etc. It is furnished beautifully and is bright, airy and light filled. The bed was very comfortable! And for a Paris studio it was very spacious!
Philippe the owner was fantastic to deal with. His correspondence was excellent and he was a very polite, kind and helpful person. He very kindly allowed us late check out so we did not have wait all day at the station with our luggage. He was very helpful explaining train lines and stations.
We have no complaints, only praise for this apartment. If/when we return to Paris we would without doubt stay here again and we would recommend it to all of our families and loved ones.

This apartment is amazing.

The style, the location, the amenities... it is just perfect.

We easily arrived thanks to its perfect location to the metro and we literally walked everywhere in Paris because of it's perfect location.

Everything in the apt is modern and new. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the washer/dryer was a life saver.

It is right in the middle of a busy street but the windows are basically sound proof, so we never had any trouble sleeping or being woken by noise.

Cannot recommend this place enough.

We are spanish and we stayed here for 15 days and everything was very good.
The owner is very approachable to everything you need, in fact, he has a summarize of the whole information you need. The bed is really comfortable, and the apartment is exactly like you could see in the photos.
It have a good location to go everywhere on foot, but if you prefer, near of it you have some bikes to rent. You also have the Metro station of Les Halles. I hardly recommend it !!!

Lo dicho, el dueño atento a cualquier cosa que le pedías, tiene hasta preparados mapas de todo e indicaciones de supermercados cercanos que puedas necesitar, el apartamento exactamente como en la foto y la cama cómoda como si fuese una cama normal. Muy muy recomendable !!!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment during our honeymoon in May and it was amazing. It was just the right size for us and was just as cozy as a hotel. Soaps and basic cleaning supplies were provided, and the shower was heavenly.

The apartment is an a vibrant part of town and hearing all of the commotion on the street below really makes you want to go out and be a part of it! But don't worry, if you don't want to hear it, you can just close the windows, the view is still just as good. The view by the way was one of my favorite things. It really makes you feel like you're in the Paris that you see in movies.

We were in comfortable walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the River, and loads more. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back right now!

Unfortunately while I was there, I got tonsillitis 3 days into the trip and was also unaware that I had developed a dairy intolerance. I ended up being sick up until the day we were supposed to leave, and the owner was so nice that he let us stay past check out, up until the last possible minute. He was very helpful and sympathetic during our stay. He also had a bunch of maps and a list of local markets for us when we arrived.

My only complaint was that there were no English channels on the television, but again, I was sick and bed ridden for 5 days. I suggest you not spend your time indoors for too long, because there's lots to see!

All in all, I couldn't recommend this place more! We stayed in another apartment for a few more days, until I got better, and it paled in comparison to this one.
