Really nice cottage off US-90 on the West Bank is ideal for all travelers.

Central A/C & heat. Close to Gretna parade route with lots of off street parking.

No cleaning fees!

All the excitement the Big Easy has to offer is just a ten minute drive from this house. Explore the heart of the city or nearby attractions like Harrah's Casino, St. Louis Cathedral, the French Quarter, the Riverwalk Marketplace and Bourbon Street.

Being just outside of downtown, but just a short distance, we have a rate that is very competitive with downtown hotels. Added to that value are no charge for parking (saving $30 per day compared to downtown).

Booked this house the week of Spring Break March 2012 for a party of 8. This is a great little house! Owners stocked the house with coffee, plenty of towels, washing detergent and some bathroom items (toilet paper, blow dryer.) Very nice on the inside, updated and very clean. Really close to downtown /French Quarter, about a 10 minute drive which made it very convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved it, would definitely recommend it to others.

The House it's self was just lovely and very easy to get across the River to NOLA...however the Neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for staying with us during your recent trip to participate in the Rock & Roll marathon. Aside from appearance the neighborhood is safe. I have lived next door for 5-years and I have never had a problem. I have two girls ages 2 and 4 and I walk them around to go to a small park three blocks away. Again, thanks for your review and for your business. I do hope that when your travel plans again bring you to our fair city that you will think of this unique house and neighborhood.

Great little secret near the Quarter

My family and I have rented several homes in different cities but this home was by far my favorite. Tony thought of everything.... The house was stocked and by stocked I mean complete with coffee,creamer,sugar, bottled water, laundry soap and fabric softner. The house was clean and very nice. Although we were near Algiers ferry we chose to drive into the Quarter (10 minutes away) and parked in a parking lot by Hard Rock. If the house is avialable on my next tripI would definitely rent again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

House is new, everything was fresh, location was convenient, price was right. The kitchen even came stocked with water!!

Great House!!!!

This house was very inviting and comfy. It is a few minutes from Bourbon street, but not a bad drive at all and cab drivers were no problem for the location either. This sits in a very nice and quite neighborhood. This is definitly worth the money and my family would love to stay here in the future. Thanks Toni!!!

Thanks for the use of your condo. Everything was great. This was definitely a very memorable trip. My daughter ended up with a silver and a bronze metal in the Olympics.
