My husband and I shared this beautiful and luxurious unit with another couple back in February, 2010. From the moment we walked in we all felt at home; the unit was so welcoming and beautifully decorated that it was breath taking experience.
We could not believe the views from the balcony, they were stunning!. The condo was so bright and spacious, but at the same time it had all the right elements in it, from the kitchen to the bedrooms, to make you feel supper relaxed and cozy.
Everyone at the complex was so helpful and friendly with us, from the time we arrived to the time that we unfortunately had to leave.
The condo complex has an exit at the back that communicates directly with the beach. It was so handy at all times. We were able to have a nice walk in the mornings, right after a nice cup of coffee or in the afternoons just to be at the beach for the sunset.
If I can say that renting condos in another country can be a not so pleasant experience, this one was a totally different one, just the stress free vacation. When you look at the pictures posted in the website they are as accurate as possible…well it is certainly nicer when you are there!
We are due for another amazing vacation in Puerto Vallarta and we hope we can go back to Steve and Peter’s paradise.

Not looking forward to yet another long cold winters in Toronto, I think back on my last stay in Puerto Vallarta and it always brings a smile to my face. Not wanting to do the traditional of staying in a hotel, I opted to stay at Residencias Molino de Agua.
I knew the place photographed well on the website and looked inviting but I was not prepared for the beauty it really has not to mention that homey feeling when I opened the door.
I loved that I was centrally located and in walking distance to everything including some of the most amazing restaurants. One of my favourites is, Pomodori, Aglio e Olio. Where the owner brought out his home made Limoncello and offered it to my table after our great meal with his compliments, and then he brought out another bottle of pomegranate-cello and joined us with his lovely wife, the boisterous master chef and the night just kept getting better…lol. This type of hospitality is what made my stay perfection, starting with the great guys that rent out their amazing home, to all the staff that work at Residencias Molino de Agua, to the great restaurants and to top it all off you are in the most amazing place for a beach holiday. I look forward to staying there again and would highly advise anyone to stay at this luxurious yet comfortable home... Thanks Steve for sharing your home!

First and foremost, it will be emphasized greatly that this review cannot capture how astonishing the experience we encountered during our stay at this beautiful condo in Puerto Vallarta was. Rather, astonishing is an ‘understatement’, to say how blissful our experience was, that said, the owner was able to perfect, put tremendous effort, and exceed all 'our' expectations.

The moment you walk in the front door, you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking view, with a touch of romanticism. Every corner you turn, there is sunshine, art, the beach, and so much more. Simply said, the owner has taste, and this place resembles that. Everything you need is easily accessible. How can you not love waking up to a full sunrise every morning, almost like it is in your own bedroom, and being able to experience the sunset with your love ones?

The one thing I’d like to point out is, I found everything very convenient. Convenient is very important when on VACA, in the sense, things we would need, such as shopping, food, and entertainment were within walking distance for our daily essentials. The people in/outside the condo were very friendly and interactive, and were able to provide us with any questions were had during out visit.

I can go on forever about how amazing our time was. In fact, it is so amazing; we already booked our next stay for two weeks.We plan on making this our hotspot for vacationing for years to come. Further, It was sad that we had to leave my new “home away from home.” I highly recommend anyone who would like to stay at this beautiful condominium. We certainly are sharing this experience with many family and friends.

Do you ever go through travel magazines and sigh over those gorgeous pictures of exotic locales and getaways, only to find out that only ONE of those pictures is accurate once you arrive?

This is the real deal. It's the walk-through-the-door-oh-my-goodness-look-at-this-place-wow deal. Every picture speaks for itself. GORGEOUS.

The location and building itself only add to the feeling that you know you are going to have an amazing holiday. The facilities are top notch and will meet any discerning expectations.

And then there is the freedom to do what you want. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the choice to stay in, or go out and enjoy the best of what Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Yes, it's simply a walk out of the door as the location is perfectly central to many restaurants, sights and delights.

I have been going back to Vallarta for over 10 years and I have to say this was truly the best stay by far. And I was able to share this condo with friends, and the sheer size and comfort simply added to the overall stay.

This condo has everything we could have possibly wanted and more.
The building feels safe and secure. The condo itself is clean, modern and comfortable and you could tell the owners spared no expense with its finishes. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and the absolute best part was the balcony. A huge part of the condo feels like outdoor space. Whether it's having breakfast, afternoon drinks or watching the sunset this balcony almost made us want to stay there all day! That being said, the beach is just steps from the condo and you are close to everything PV has to offer. Will be back soon!

Located right on Los Muertos Beach, Rental 362965 at Molino de Agua was outstanding !!! The pictures do not do it justice. This quiet 3 bedroom condo has room for 6 ++ and is impeccably decorated. Conveniently located right on the beach within walking distance of the best of everything - shops, restaurants, night clubs, you name it!

Drinks on the terrace at sunset after a great day on the beach or just hanging around the largest pool in the area, this is sheer paradise. Whether you want a relaxed evening at home cooking on the barbecue and sharing a bottle of wine or going out on the town to any one of the incredible area restaurants Molino de Agua has it all.

We even had the most amazing birthday party catered for 30 of our closest friends visiting over the holidays - it was fantastic.

Treat yourself to a little slice of heaven you will not regret your choice. Can I give more than 5 Stars???

We have just returned from 2 weeks in PV. This was our first trip and for sure not our last! We had a great experience from the moment we arrived until we sadly left for home again. The condo and development are top notch! Beautiful decor and unforgettable views from your own private balcony! We truly felt relaxed and at home. The staff, security and property management team went out of their way to make this a wonderful holiday. The hardest decision we had was where to have dinner! The condo is located in a fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere. Groceries, bars, waterfront and restaurants were all just outside the condo gates. Thank-you Steve for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful vacation home and everything PV has to offer....we loved it!

I had the pleasure of spending a week at this fantastic property. Everything was perfect. The property and all of it's contents are perfect. The best part of each day was sitting on the outside verandah watching the most beautiful sunsets and believe me, you have the best seat in town for this. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and some of the best restaurants in town. It was a great way to spend a week in paradise.
