Very spacious warm and comfortable home. This home is ideal for families and larger groups. Perfect hotel alternative.
The layout is a Three-Story home. First floor garage enters to a the first level with a bedroom with a double bed - separate room with Front loader washer and dryer. Another bedroom with queen bed.
Second floor all authentic Brazilian hardwood floor throughout enter to a cozy living room with Pottery Barn furniture with gas fireplace. Another living room with Crate & Barrel leather couch, gas fire place , and a 32" LED TV over the fireplace.
The Kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances and a huge dining table .
Third floor huge bedroom with high-end pillow top mattress queen size bed, french door to a deck, also with TV. Master bedroom with master's bathroom, also high-end mattress queen size bed, 32" plasma TV also out to deck with view.

My family (wife plus 3 boys) had a great stay in this house. The location is wonderful with many things to do in walking distance, or a short drive. The house is nicely appointed, clean, and well maintained. I especially liked the updated appliances in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this house and hope it available for my next visit.

Awesome home

This home met every need and want we had. The set up was great with two bedrooms upstairs, two in the basement and the living area between. Clean and comfortable with enough room for everyone. Close to a grocery store, places to eat and a fun little pub. We were in the area for a wedding and it was great to have a place to get away from the planning madness. Good place to sit on the porch and enjoy a part of old Seattle.

Perfect Seattle Home-Away-From-Home!

We have just returned from a long weekend stay in this beautiful home in the Ballard section of Seattle, and we will stay here again upon our return to Seattle. Parking was plentiful and the home allows easy access to all parts of the city.
Without exception, everyone that entered the house commented on how beautifully it was decorated and how cozy and comfortable it felt. The home is large and roomy, with high-quality furnishings and a casual, upscale decor. The owner was fantastic to work with and, when I contacted her about our grandparents arriving early, was very accommodating and allowing us access to the home earlier than the normal arrival time. The kitchen is well-equipped and all needed kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies were fully sticked. This is a fabulous rental!

Over the years I've stayed at many homes all over, but this is by far one of the nicest houses I've stayed at. Upon arrival I was immediately in love with the house. The inside smelt great and was very very clean. The amount of space me and my family had made me feel right at home. The location puts you in the middle of a lovely Seattle neighborhood with so many options of what to do. Another plus is getting 25% off your order at Tangerine Thai, and they deliver. I'd recommend this house for any family visiting Seattle.

A home away from home

Out of all of the places I have stayed at, this home was by far the best. This house easily accommodated eight people. My daughter and I along with a few close friends stayed at this house for six nights. The house was very very clean and family friendly. We loved the layout of the house and the bedrooms; the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The house was fully furnished, stocked with everything we may need. Honestly, we could not have chosen a better house. It matched the description exactly: warm, family friendly, clean, cozy, and a very comfortable place to stay. Not to mention, the owner could have not have been any friendlier; she made us feel very welcome. She was also extremely kind and helpful. After just two nights at this house it felt like this was our home away from home. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in Seattle.

Very clean house, lots of character and the kitchen and baths have been updated. There are three balconies, so, if the weather is nice as it was when we stayed, it is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and visit. I like that there is private parking, but if you own an SUV or Truck you will not be able to park in the garage as the driveway is steep and the door is low. There are several TV's, but no DVD player, so if you plan on entertaining the young one's, you may want to bring your own.

Our stay in this very charming home couldn't of been more pleasing. We were able to arrive 3 hrs early. Upon arrival we noticed right away how immaculate the house was. The decor was very simple and classy. The kitchen was very relaxing with a fire place. So us girls decided to stay home one night and relax with lots of great wine and delicious Thai food. Get this, the property also comes with 25% off of Thai food at TangerineThai delivered to your door. What an incentive! Definately recommend for families or groups of people wanting to hit the town or be friendly and cozy.

We really enjoy this property. The home is very well-appointed and it is very much as described, very clean with all the comforts of home. We went to Seattle for a wedding with eight people in the home. The home felt roomy and comfortable. We would definately stay again and recommended the home without hesitation.
