What can I say, the condo was fabulous, clean, cozy, romantic, completely set up. It was perfect, the view was wonderful, location was convenient to everything. My wife and I got married march 17, and the honeymoon began the 18th, this was the perfect honeymoon spot, and we have decided to make this condo our permanent vacation spot. Two thumbs up.

Perfection

My sister and I so enjoyed our "sister weekend" at Sea View. We shopped, walked on the beach, explored historic downtown and all the area antique stores. What a great time! Jeff was attentive and helpful before, during and after our stay at his wonderful condo. Sea View is truly a perfect place for couples, friends or family to gather, relax and enjoy the beautiful Fernandina Beach area. The historic downtown is a short drive and so much fun to explore. Sea View is wonderfully stocked with everything from trash bags to hair dryer - just bring clothes! The condo was clean and well maintained. We felt secure and safe on our own for the three nights we were there. We recommend Sea View to everyone looking for a great, safe place to stay. We hope to make our trip an annual event and will definitely contact Jeff next year to make reservations again.

Restful and romantic

My husband and I were pleased with our stay at this clean and well stocked condo. What a delight to lay on a comfortable king size bed and watch the sunrise as well as the waves crashing on to the beach.
We also enjoyed the care and thought that went into the tasteful decor. We appreciated the availability of 2 wide tired bikes, even though we didn't get a chance to use them. The location was terrific. Besides walking on the beach, we enjoyed walking to the near by park, recreation center, as well as downtown. The area is charming and the people were very friendly. We definitely could see ourselves coming back again.

Great vacation spot!

My husband, our 19 month old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our fall beach vacation at Amelia Island. The Sea View condo was perfect! It was clean and spacious. The fully equipped kitchen was a big money-saver when we didn't want to eat out. The balcony gave us a good view of the beach. The private beach access was easy and hassle-free. The storage room with its beach chairs, boogie board, lantern, and bikes was a nice bonus. The weather was great, the ocean was beautiful, and there was plenty to do. Besides all the fun on the beach, we took a sunset cruise out to Cumberland Island, enjoyed an evening carriage ride through the downtown historic district of Fernandina Beach, and ate lots of good seafood. We can't wait to go back. We would definitely stay at the Sea View again!

This was a great find! Jeff was so responsive and helpful. The condo looked great in the photos and surpassed our expectations. It was spotless, wonderfully outfitted and so convenient to the beach, Fort Clinch and Historic Downtown. The balcony was a great place to watch the surf with either your morning coffee or evening cocktail. It was lovely to be only steps away from the pool and the beach-especially for early morning sun rise walks on the beach. We took advantage of the condo's proximity to Sandy Bottoms and the live music there- it was not the "noisy/bothersome” place that some of the postings say it is. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jeff!
