Had a wonderful time at this home! Jack is a really nice and down to earth owner and everything was as advertised. Didn't realize the beach was literally a few feet from the house. Great location and price for the stay. Didn't use the hot tub, but loved how spacious and open the house is. Definitely have encouraged friends and family alike to reserve for a getaway!

Our stay in this house for the month of March was perfect We started the month with friends and relatives stopping by. Our two sons and neice with friends went scuba diving. The dive spots neaby are numerous. Our son from college arrived for a week, then our daughter came from North Carolina for a vacation. At the end our friends from Texas came. A perfect place for all.
Great food in walking distance. Flanniagans on St Particks day perfect. Shopping close by. Travel A1A and explore the towns of Delray and Boca. We brougth the family dog and he was happy with the frenced in back yard. The house is set up perfectly for cooking and entertaining. The back yard with Hot tub is the perfect change from the private beach a short walk away. Had a great time with the grand kids on and off the beach. My wife and I had the perfect month long vaction with the family. The owner was so helpful and was there if needed. We will be back and the friends who joined us would like to come back and rent it on their own for their kids and grand kids and have a great time like we did. We are already looking at next years calander for availibilty. The place is perfect for family vacations and as more people find out about it the chance to rent it will greatly diminish.

We rented this house for our family over Christmas week and were, for many reasons, extremely happy with our choice. Here are just some of the things which made our stay so pleasant.

LOCATION
You can walk pretty much everywhere
3-minutes to beach access (and volley ball courts by pier)
3-minutes to restaurants, shops, and nightlife on A1A strip
Though so close to day activities and nightlife,
we found the house itself to be quite private and quiet

AMPLE PARKING – 3 cars can easily come and go in the driveway
No wasted time searching for a parking spot
No watching the clock to feed the meters
No paying for valet parking

SPACIOUS and GRACIOUS - excellent for families, young and old
There is plenty of eating space – expandable kitchen table plus stools at counter
The living room seating is really comfortable – conducive to conversation or TV
Our family felt very much at home while playing games around the kitchen table
or opening our Christmas gifts in the living room.

CONDITION
Everything was immaculate - floors, counters, bathrooms, etc.
We found the beautiful tile and granite surfaces easy to keep clean during the week
The updated appliances in the kitchen were a definite bonus for us

AMENITIES
We loved all the HD flatscreens, especially the large one in the living room
The private yard was great and something you can’t get at a hotel/condo
The hot tub … :-)

OWNER
The owner was very friendly and readily available to address our questions. He needed to make a repair during our stay, and was considerate of our privacy in doing so. Rather than just show up at the house, he contacted us to arrange a time to come to the house that would not interfere with our vacation plans and our privacy. He was a pleasure to work with from our first contact.

We would rent this house again in a second.
It has good energy, both inside and out.

The house was even better than the description. Photos perfect. We walked aross street to beach, but also in minutes we walked to the best restaurants w/out needing any valet parking. Parked cars at front door, played in backyard with grandchild, enjoyed the jacuzzi, and all in privacy with no condo elevators, etc and the price beats anything else we considered. We give this house the highest review possible!!

Our family rented this house for our summer vacation and we had a great time. The house is in great condition and was very clean. There is alot of space to spread out and has flat screen tv s in each bedroom for entertainment. The house is in a great location only steps from the beach and close to many shops and entertainment. We went bike riding, out to breakfast and purchased food and drink without ever moving our car. I will definitely be renting this house again for our family to enjoy.

Well I must say that I spent a good month researching where I wanted to go with my husband and two teenagers. We had not been on a vacation in over 15 years and I wanted it to be perfect! When I found this home on the internet it looked too good to be true. The home was impeccably clean and has every item required to make a perfect meal other then the actual food!
The beach is directly across the street and if you want to do any kind of water sport rentals or lessons it is all within 2 blocks. I loved the idea of being so close to the beach as we were able to go back to the house to eat lunch and go right back to the beach. There are several restaurants along the strip area which is also within 2 blocks along with several little shops.
The owner of the home was very nice and provided all the informatin we needed for shops, restaurants, activities in the area. We loved being able to bring our dogs (babies) with us as that is one reason we have not taken a vacation in so long. It worked out great for the whole family and we all enjoyed it!
We all can't wait to go back again and can't wait to tell my friends what a great place we found that offers all the conveniences and really feels like home!

My husband and I just got back from this awesome house!!!! We have stayed at several vrbo homes throughout South Carolina and Florida and this place ranks up there as one of the best. The location alone is unbelievable, the convience to almost everything you could want to do: beach, dining, shopping whatever.... We just loved it here lots of action and yet relaxation too!! You won't be disappointed!!!!!! If you don't like to be close to everything, relax and have fun this palce isn't for you. Ha Ha!!
