We stayed a week at this condo rental, and it was awesome. It was obvious that the owners put a lot into keeping it clean and maintained. The entire booking process was easy and stress-free, no nickle and diming. And once we arrived, it was indeed Paradise! It was exactly as depicted in the photos. The owners provided beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and an ice cooler for us to use at the beach. Haliakala was breathtaking and worth the drive up. The food at Kihei Caffe and Cafe O'Lei was simply delicious. The owners were easygoing and made our stay relaxing and fun. Definitely worth returning to!

This Condo has everything you could need to enjoy Maui. The condo was well stocked and felt like a home away from home. Charlie Young beach is right across the street and it is a very nice beach great for watching the sunset. Mark was very nice and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Thanks for letting us use your condo we had a great time.

We stayed for just over a week and it was the most relaxing vacation of our lives. From hanging out at the various happy hours and eating breakfast at some of the best places in all the islands, Kihei was the place to be. The Maui Vista was full of friendly people from all over the place and had excellent facilities. Our condo, Maui Vista #1125, was gorgeous and had all the ammenities that we could require. The owners were amazing and made themselves available to us for anything we may have needed. I can't recommend it enough. We will definitely be back. Mahalo!

Wow! What a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay at Mark & Cheryl's unit. Neat Hawaiin decor and clean. When we first walked in, we were greeted with a lovely gift basket with all sorts of goodies - the Maui wine and macademia nut chocolates were awesome. We made ample use of the kitchen, which had everything. Restaurants and watering holes were conveniently within walking distance! Cafe O'Lei, Sansei Sushi, & Kihei Cafe were our favs. Nearly every evening we made the very short trek to Charley Young beach to see the beautiful sunsets. After activities loike surfing or going up Haleakala it was nice to come back to the condo to rest and recover! The king bed and air conditioner in the bedroom was a huge plus for us. The Hawaiian hospitality from the owners was definitely felt. They even called us the day after we arrived just to say Aloha & welcome. We've stayed at several condos on Maui, and I have to say this is one of the best ones! We're recommending this place to our family and friends!

We had a lovely stay at this condo...everything was as the owner's described. This unit is fully furnished--kitchen, beach accessories, and even Maui guidebooks in their library. I found some cool hikes to go on using the Maui hiking guidebook. Prior to arrival Mark sent us Maui activity brochures that helped us in our planning, and he was available to answer our many questions about things to do in Maui. We really liked his personal touch. He provided us with detailed arrival instructions and when we arrived we were surprised with a gift basket...chocolate covered macademia nuts were the best! If you are looking for a clean, well-kept unit,...a home away from home....this is the place to choose. We will be back next year!

Very nice place, close to the beach (3 minute walk) and other attractions. Having Wi-Fi was real nice along with cable tv even though we didn't spend a lot of time inside.

Thank you Cheryl and Mark for making our stay in Maui such a great experience! We felt welcomed as soon as we opened the door. It was like coming home .
We have stayed there before amd you have maintained the high standards set by the previous owners and have even gone beyond. Everything needed to plan excursions, tourist sites, beaches, shopping centres, etc. was available in the binder, books,magazines etc.that provided.
This condo has everything!! There is a very-well equipped kitchen where the other couples staying elsewhere in the Maui Vista seemed to gravitate to prepare meals and barbecue and commented on how this condo had everything. And it really does from the beach towels to beach chairs and the beautiful lanai where we ate many of our meals You really only need your clothes and swimsuit as everything else is there.
The location of this condo is perfect. Other condos further up the beach do not have the convenience of being so close to everything. You can walk if need be to the food stores which are close by, and the Charlie Young Beach which is beautiful, is just across the street. We visited other beaches, but found we used and enjoyed this beach the most. What could be better than spending the day at the beach. barbecuing supper and sleeping in the king-sized bed! Wow! As one of the couples we went with said, "Another day in paradise"
Cheryl and Mark are easy to get hold of if necessary.and called to see how things were going and if there was anything we needed. Not all owners make themselves this available and shows how they wish to make a stay in their condo the best experience possible.
We would highly recommend this condo as it is well maintained, clean and is exactly what the photos show. It is on the ground floor and we appreciated not having the hassle of an elevator. Mark and Cheryl have gone out of their way to make our stay

We had opportunity to stay at Mark and Cheryl's Maui Vista condo on our first trip to the island, and were very pleased with the accommodations. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice king size bed. We made use of the well outfitted kitchen to avoid always having to run out for meals - more beach time. Speaking of which, our favorite beach on the coast ended up being Charley Young beach, conveniently located a short stroll directly across the street. In my opinion (and especially my kids) having a nice beach so close was a definite plus in terms of location.

There are three pools on site, in which we enjoyed taking a dip in the evening. The staff at the complex was friendly and helpful, and the grounds well maintained. The condo owners are very nice folks and we had good communication, which considering this was our first trip to the islands, helped our visit come off without a hitch. Coupled with our drive along the road to Hana and swimming in the various waterfall pools (bring some surf shoes for the rocks), our snorkeling trip to the offshore crater that departed conveniently a short drive from the condo, and checking out the various beaches in and around Kihei, our visit was full of fun and good memories.

We are very happy to have chosen Maui and Kihei for our visit. I don't think we could have made a better choice in our accommodations, and highly recommend a Maui Vista stay at Mark and Cheryl's condo unit for anyone considering visiting the Kihei area and its wonderful beaches!
