Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful condo. We have enjoyed our say and the daughter/mother graduates have memories that will last forever. Thank you for your concern over getting the Wi-Fi and modem working for our computers and the Netflix account. Movies were also good. God bless and hopefully we will be able to come back one day.

Great times at Tropic Winds

We had the BEST vacation at Panama City Beach and the condo was amazing. It had everything in it you could ever imagine and more. The view from the balcony was incredible! The kids had a great time on the beach and are already asking when we will are going back. We will definitely try to make this an annual vacation spot every summer. Thanks for making it feel like home away from home.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with family and friends at your condo on the beach. It was beautiful. The area where the condo is close enough to all the fun hot spots but just far enough away where it seems more quiet and less crowded. We enjoyed the extra chairs for the beach and the kids enjoyed all the sand toys and boards for the ocean. We had everything we needed for a fun vacation. We will for sure be back and stay in your condo again when we visit panama city beach next time.

Took the family to Panama City Beach June 4-11 and stayed (once again!) at the Bowater condo. It was just as fabulous in June as it was in February -- except the weather and water temperature were much more to my liking! We visited St. Andrews State Park where we stood one foot from an alligator, cruised next to the dolphins, snorkeled with the fish, crabs and sand dollars, and relaxed on the pontoon boat rental. We frequented Mike's Diner, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Sharky's Bar and Grill and, of course, all major shops in Pier Park. Needless to say the kids had a BLAST on the beach. Can't think of anything that went wrong during our stay and don't have enough space here to list all that went so incredibly well. From relaxing on the beach on the provided beach chairs to watching the kids chase sand crabs with flashlights on the beach at night... WE HAD A MARVELOUS EXPERIENCE! Thanks again Tom and Barbara for allowing us to experience Florida first class. We will be back in 2012.

Fabulous condo!

Your condo is absolutely fabulous. After spending a week in paradise, it has been hard to come home to reality. We were so comfortable there. It was so great to walk in and find everything spotless and ready for us. The TV's and Blu-ray players were wonderful. We especially appreciated the kitchen having everything we could possibly need as we prepared and ate almost every meal at the condo. This was our kids' (6 & 8) first trip to the ocean, and I'm so glad we picked the perfect place to take them. They loved the sand toys, boogie boards, etc. that you had ready for them. They had a blast building sand castles and boogie boarding. The kids also loved swimming from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. They thought that was so neat. We hope to be repeat guests for many many years to come. Thanks so much for having us!
