Just a short walk to North Hampton beaches this fully furnished cottage for summer vacationers, winter rental, traveling executives, families moving to the area, a romantic or girls getaway, grandparents hideout, adventure seekers, tourists, or a retreat for pastors. 55 miles from Boston - 45 Miles from Manchester
This cottage was built in the 1930's as a religious retreat as were other cottages in the Surfside Park area. Today, some cottages are one season, but most have been upgraded to year around homes.
The cottage has about 1,300 square feet on two floors. Plus it has a walkout basement for storage and laundry. The cottage was recently remodeled and updated. Key features of the cottage are the open beam ceiling down stairs, front and rear poaches for sitting and sunning in the cool sea breezes of summer, some old exposed chimney brick, decorated in a comfortable cottage style.
This is a place where you can relax, take walks to the near by beach, go for rides up the sea coast and enjoy the beautiful scenery and sneak out for a coffee or ice cream when the urge calls, and if you want to go to the strip, it is near by. The seacoast is full of beauty and history, entertainment and great restaurants, too many to see or consume in one trip. You will reschedule for a return trip the next year.

Owner's Jacque and Steve bought this property and have renovated it into a charming and relaxing cottage. We use this property often, especially in the cool summers. We enjoy hosting friends and grandkids visits. We often share this property with pastors and missionaries taking a break. We are looking for seacoast lovers to join us in the use of this property and make it their special place year after year.
We chose to buy in the New Hampshire seacoast area because the summers are cool, sun is warm and the seacoast drives and nearby mountains are beautiful in both the summer, fall and winter.
We enjoy eating out at the many restaurants and enjoy taking the train into Boston or up into Maine. Often we will go down to the local lobster pound, buy fresh lobster and steamers and fix them at home. Or in the Summer we go to the local orchards or farms and pick strawberries, blueberries, apples and peaches. For the more venturesome ones, they can whale watch or deep sea fish. My wife loves reading at the beach and eating lunch at historic inns. In addition, I like my moring coffee at KB's Coffee and Bagel shop and talking with the locals trying to understand statements like 'it's mo better heah', play golf, look for antiques, and just drive the beautiful coastline, visit the White Mountain peak, beautiful lake Winnespaukee, venture a mountain climb, ski run all a short drive away.
