Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico our beachfront home - the Dolphin East, offers the vacation escape your family desires.

The Dolphin East is newly updated with fresh-bright colors, all new carpet, new 50in WiFi TV, luxury master bath, granite counter tops, extra long Restoration Hardware dining table, & new stainless steel appliances -- all to make your vacation experience enjoyable, carefree, and fun!

We offer a unique beachfront experience:

Location Specifics:

The Dolphin East is nestled within the quiet Bay to Breakers community, located in Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, 18 miles from Hwy 59 on Rt. 180. Bay to Breakers is a low density development and a short walk to Ft. Morgan State Park.

Activities:: Great Fishing (Bay of Surf) Water sports Nature trails with bird watching, sea turtles and the famous beach mouse. Biking Close to several plush Golf courses Near local restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Less than 1 mile from Marina with boat ramps and charters 2 miles from Civil War landmark-Fort Morgan and ferry to Dauphin Island 20 miles from Gulf Shore’s main shopping district and amusement/water parks 25 miles from outlet shopping malls.

Sleeping Accommodations:: Sleeps 15, 5 bedrooms + Kid’s “Hang-Out” room + 3 full bathrooms (3 King, 2 Full, 1 Queen/Twin bunk, 1 Twin, 1 Sleeper Sofa (Twin). First Floor - King size bedroom with comfortable linens, TV & VCR. A full size bath services both the king and an additional bedroom with a Single/Full bunk and TV/VCR combo. There is also a twin-size sleeper sofa in the family room. Second Floor – The Master Bedroom on the second floor has a TV/VCR, master bathroom and private deck with swing and Adirondack chairs. Additional bedrooms include one room with 2 new Full Beds + TV and a second bedroom with 1 king. Additional sleeping arrangements include twin size day bed found in the “Hang-Out” room.

On the day of our wedding, the weather was mercurial, however, this did not spoil anyone's spirits or fine time. The house afforded us enough space for everything we needed, including our live musician. The house was a perfect setting, and the boardwalk with the beach view was fantastic.

Our families would like to thank you for the BEST vacation ever. We do a family vacation every year, and for the last four years its been Florida. All that is going to change since we've stayed at your home. Our kids and grandchildren keep asking can we go back? We've only been home 10 days. If anyone asks your kitchen is completely stocked, which was my concern with so many of us. We can't wait till we start planning next years vacation. We feel you have a little piece of heaven in Alabama. Thanks again for making great memories for our family.

We had an awesome time here doing everything from building sand castles and laying on the beach to just hanging around on the deck.

This house was WAY MORE than we expected it to be; and we love how the beach was not crowded.

The kids LOVED the "secret room" upstairs as they called it. (beach hang out room)

We are already planning our next year's vacation here at the Dolphin East!

We had the best Spring Break ever at Dolphin's East this year - the kids (and parents) are already wanting to go back next year! The location was perfect, right on the gorgeous beach (close enough to see lots of dolphins) and away from the traffic in Orange Beach. Lots of room for entertaining and hanging out, with everything we needed, so no reason to leave except to replenish our supplies of seafood and beer.
