'Sweet Retreat' is a quaint, affordable vacation home. This cottage has been totally renovated and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. 1350 sft. sleeps 6 max with 3 bedrooms, four queen beds , 2 full baths with an outdoor shower. Grill out and serve on one of the two outdoor tables; one on the large screened iporch or the picnic table. A very short walk to the beach or downtown Folly allows for leaving the car in the driveway all day! Fully equipped kitchen with large open living area adds to the ease of entertaining. Sleep well with our comfortable linens and bathe with our plush towels. Comfort, relaxation, style and convenience all in one location...right here at 'Sweet Retreat'

My Wife and I stayed at "Sweet Retreat" last week and had a great time. We never moved our car from the time we got there til the time we left. Beach 2 Blocks, Downtown 4 Blocks. Screen in Porch was Great each Night.

Best Birthday Gift

I rented this house as a birthday gift for my husband and it really turned out to be a gift for myself :) I couldn't believe how close to the beach it was at such an affordable price! The screened in porch was the best part, I could drink coffee out there every morning and miss it already! The owner was really great to deal with and everything went smoothly. The drive to Charleston was short and easy but it was great to be able to walk into Folley whenever we wanted. Can't wait to go back!!!!

Wish we stayed longer

Just came back from lovely house which is so close to the beach. We stayed with two kids - 10 & 3 - and felt truly like home. Very comfy and spacious just like on the pictures. Beautiful beach, short drive to Charleston, delicious Crab Shack just a short work. Hofully we can come back again some time in the future.

The Sweetest Retreat of All!

This property was even nicer than the photos reflect! Clean- very comfortable- very well maintained- great location- ! The beach was just down the street- and we were back and forth several times a day. The outdoor shower was an extra plus.
The owner Paige was a pleasure to speak with and was very expeditious in responding to my inquiry and for helping arrange our stay.
I will absolutely recommend this property- and we plan to return for another stay!

I celebrated my birthday w some of my closest friends at Sweet Retreat! It was a wonderful time. The house was cozy and welcoming. It was convinient to all of Folly's restuarants. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone. We didn't want to leave!!!

Our week at Folly!

My week stay at this home was wonderful. The place was immaculate on arrival and the decor very light and comforting. The decor was extremely creative (and have taken a few ideas with me) Nothing was lacking. The owners have thought of everything! Lush linens, comfy beds, comfy furniture. Communication with owner was phenomenal! I spent years in Las Vegas, have stayed at every posh resort and even the high end rooms at the Mirage, Bellagio, Caesar's, etc.. can't compare to the comfort I found at the Sweet Retreat! I will definitely be back! Next time with husband and kids in tow! Thanks Paige!

THE SWEET RETREAT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO SPEND OUR VACATION .A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH AND FOOD.THE ROOMS WERE BIG AND EXCELLENT.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE.

This home was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. We went to Folly Beach for a relaxing weekend getaway and were so glad we chose Sweet Retreat as our place to stay. It was a short walk to the beach and to the all the restaurants, which was great. While we were there we visited Charleston which was only about a 20 minute drive. We were very impressed with the house; it felt like home to us. The owner provided great customer service; she was very attentive and responded promptly with any questions I had. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. We would definitley stay there again!

What a find!

We stayed in August and had a WONDERFUL time! The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is bright and very well equipped. Everything was clean, the owner was super helpful and it was only a 4 minute walk to the beach! The screened porch is awesome at night - fans and fairy lights! We would definitely go back there.

this is a very pleasant property. clean. all the conveniences, including wireless. 2 bedrooms, open floor plan for living/dining/kitchen. I highly recommend it
