We just came back from Sue & Bruce's condo. I could go on and on about how great their unit is. Everything you need is right there. We were only 2 and enjoyed having spaces and nice furniture in this unit. With the patio door that goes into the walls, we lived "outside" the whole time we were there. Very nice breeze coming from the mountain and/or the ocean. Dont even need or want a/c.
The beds are very comfortable. I usually go buy bed sheet when we stay at hotels/condos because i am very very fussy with that. We just loved their sheets. Real nice cotton that welcomed you into bed every night.
My husband was VERRY reluctant renting from "people" on the web rather then doing business with an agency. Let me tell you that with Bruce & Sue, there is nothing to worry about. I took lots of pictures, if anyone would want referral i would be more then happy to provide any. Not going there because of "worries we might have" would have been a big lost for us.
The area is very secure. Staff on premises are so friendly with an upscale "savoir faire". Truly a 6 * resort.
There is a "trail/boardwalk/walking route" that goes in front of all 3 lagoons making it easy to stroll, jog or walk in a splendid area.
Nice patio with nice views of grounds & ocean. I personally would have liked the patio to have been more private but there is none that are really private at this resort. Didnt really matter, just had to be careful when entering kitchen area and make sure we were dress accordingly. But that would never make us not go there another time.
The pools are awesome. Nice pool furniture. Not crowded. The quiet pool was not really quiet, families were making noise but we didnt make a fuss. There were sign saying to advise staff of there was noise in quiet area but we didnt do so. It gaves us the kick we needed to get out of the wonderful patio and go outside ourself :)
Elevator ... nice thing that i didnt know is that our elevator was only for us and another unit. So no noise from corridor. Wonderful !!
As i says, i could go on and on about this unit. We didnt want to leave. We had stayed in Waikiki before going to Ko Olina and let me tell you that it is day & night. One is vibrant, loud,active etc .. and the other one is relaxing, charming, secluded, quiet, etc...

We had a wonderful time! Every morning we would eat by the lanai which overlooks the lap pool and the ocean. Then my 7 y/o daughter swims at the lap pool every day after playing by the beach lagoon building sand castles, swimming, snorkeling. It was so much fun. Of course all the beach chairs, snorkels, beach pail and shovel for kids were provided by the owners.

I definitely recommend this unit. It's totally relaxing with all the ocean views. I LOVED IT!!!

This condo has both sunrise and sunset views! The bedrooms have sunrise view over the golf course. The kitchen & living room have the sunset view over the ocean. The main lanai looks down over manicured gardens and pools. The owners lend plenty of beach gear -chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and more-that was essential to our beach visits. The unit looks like something from a magazine! The beautiful beds are comfortable with many pillows. The soft bath towels are plentiful. There is laundry soap, dish washing soap, bath soap/shampoo for you to use. We never heard any of the neighbors- next door, above or below.

Sue is very helpful and easy to communicate with- she always quickly answered my questions. I can't wait to ask for availability for our next visit.

Ko Olina Beach Villas are ideal for all ages. The lagoons even have some fish to spot while snorkeling. There was a turtle resting on the beach one morning. There is Costco and Target only 10 minutes away, door to door. Roy's restaurant is 2 minutes away. The drive is easy from the airport. Yes, a car is a must. The serenity and lack of crowds (unlike next door) is only one asset of staying here.

There are so many pleasant surprises to be discovered when you stay here making a very high "Wow" factor. You'd be lucky to be able to stay in this unit!

We had an incredible stay at this unit in Ko Olina!! The Villa had everything we were looking for and would definitely stay here again. My family and I usually stay in 4 and 5 star hotels and this unit is right up there with the best of them. If you're looking for luxury this is the unit for you. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and the room was fully stocked with linens and very nice bathroom products as well as a kitchen stocked with just about every kitchen appliance/tool a chef could ever need. Ko Olina in our opinion is the place to stay when visiting the island of Oahu. We traveled the entire island on our vacation and visited many of the beaches and Ko Olina was by far the best location. The owners are very easy to work with as well as the staff on the property. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
