This loft is located in an older section/alley, but does not lack personality. The inside floors and brick walls gave the Loft so much character. We were 6 ladies in town to celebrate a 50th birthday and found the Loft easy to accommodate our needs. Within a block of a local grocery store and liquor/wine store. Kitchen was fully equipped for meals in. The Blues Bar across the alley was a fabulous place to see good bands. Although the bathrooms lacked a bit of privacy, it was well worth the sacrifice for all the conveniences of not having to stay in a hotel room. Was within walking distance to all the local clubs and museums.

Great location, comfortable, and quiet! Lots of character. Walking distance to the river, night life, coffee, food...all the essentials. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends/family and will rent from them again if we come back to Nashville.

My husband and I, along with a couple of friends, stayed in the Penthouse Loft for the New Years Eve weekend and we all totally agreed that we could not have chosen a better place for our 1st visit to Nashville!! Melody, the owner, was always helpful and prompt with her communciation and the Loft was exactly as described and pictured on the website. My husband and my friend's husband cooked a fabulous New Years Eve dinner (surf and turf) for us in the large and well appointed kitchen. We especially enjoyed the Loft location because we felt safe and close to nightlife and Nashville attractions. On New Years Eve we got reservations for the VIP table at the Bourbon Street and Boogie Bar where we listened to a fantastic live band, danced the night away, and rang in the New Year!! At the end of the evening we bought hotdogs and chili pie from the hot dog vendor who has a window that opens onto Printers Alley. Our group agreed that of all the Nashville nightlife we would have chosen to hang out on Printers Alley and the Bourbon Street and Boogie Bar so staying at the Loft was just awesome!! What a blast we had and such a great way to start off the New Year!! We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I rented the penthouse loft to have a Thanksgiving with my family that lives in Hendersonville, Tn. The kitchen was wonderful with plenty of counter space, double ovens, and large refrigerator. Darold knew I was making dinner for my family so he went and bought brand new kitchen pots, pans, utensils and made sure there were enough plates, forks, etc. That meant a lot. The location was great for my husband and I to enjoy music downtown, once the family left and also the night before Thanksgiving. Everything is within walking distance, very safe location. Friday night we even had my family come back down to the loft, we met there for drinks, then walked to the Old Spaghetti house restaurant for dinner. It was a perfect ending to such a special holiday. Highly recommend the place.

This is our second stay at this condo and we love the place. The location couldn't be better. It's such a pleasure to be able to walk to all the places and then return to the condo and be able to cook, watch tv and just relax. If your looking for a great breakfast location just head to Pucketts on Church and 5th street, the food is great. We did bring our dogs this time and they did enjoy it there too. Having a parking garage in the deal makes it ll that much better, you can drive to nearby attractions and not have to worry about where you will be able to park or have to pay to park.

This loft over Printers Alley was just as described. Accommodations are perfect for 2 couples. We actually had 5 people and one slept on the sofa with no problem. Furnishings are nice. Everything was clean. Check in was easy. I was a little concerned that it might be noisy at night, but being on the 6th floor, it was not at all. It was within walking distance of all of downtown Nashville attractions. Would definitely recommend!

The Loft is spacious and conveniently located right in downtown. It's walking distance to Broadway and a short cab ride to other clubs in town like the Mercy Lounge, or The Basement.

The place was clean and well-maintained. However, advertising that it sleeps 5 is a bit of an exaggeration. The sleeping arrangements when we stayed there were 1 king bed (sleeps 2), one couch (sleeps 1) and an air mattress that could have slept two if we were desperate. However, one of us wound up sleeping in a recliner the entire time. At most, 4 can sleep here comfortably if one of you doesn't mind a couch.

One other strange thing was that neither bathroom had a door. That meant that 5 men sharing the space had very little privacy for things like showering. We made do and had a great trip in Nashville, which is always a fun town.

Divided by 5, the loft is a great deal. Just expect some compromises for the price.

Overall, I'd recommend it if you have 4 or fewer people. We came to experience Nashville, so the appeal was in the convenient location for us. The sleeping arrangements and lack of privacy were outweighed by the music we got to see.

This is a great loft apartment, very comfortable, very secure and the location was perfect. It was walking distance from Broadway with all the music venues and 2nd avenue with all the shops and restaurants.
The rental was very smooth with excellent communication, the manager when asked for extra bed linen was with us within an hour and was also on hand for any advice or suggestions as to supermarkets and post offices.
The apartment was accessed through a front door on the alley that was securely locked after 5.30pm giving access only to the apartment residents, the elevator was reliable and also had a secure lock on it to prevent unwanted access.
The furniture and kitchen facilities were comfortable and great order, decoration was super cool for our young party. All information on Nashville including emergency numbers, taxis etc were all first class with a wealth of brochures and pamphlets on what and where to go during your stay. We would stay there again and definitely recommend to friends.
